A charming property in the heart of historic Chiang Mai”
99 the Heritage Hotel is in the center of the city and the most convenient for travelling around Chiang Mai also for Sunday Market. It's an elegant small hotel with stylish Lanna-Colonial. I stayed in a heritage deluxe room. It was perfect and comfortable with a nice comfy bed, equipped with kettle, fridge and Netflix. Breakfast, quantity and quality is good and enough for me. The staff were very courteous and polite, very accommodating and always care about details. They have made my stay very pleasant. I would recommend this hotel for everyone who travelling to Chiang Mai. I would definitely stay in "99 the Heritage Hotel" again.

Best hotel in Chiang Mai!”
One of the best hotels that I have stayed at. My girlfriend and I stayed here for one night but we loved it here so we stayed another three nights! It's beautiful, spacious and it felt like home. There was also a swimming pool at reception and in addition complimentary snacks and drinks. The food at the hotel was delicious, it's what you would expect from a restaurant. The hotel arranges special activities for its guests. One such activity is giving merit to monks in the early morning. When we went out on early trips throughout Chiang Mai, the hotel gave us food such as sandwiches, fruits and drinks to take with us. The staff were also friendly and happy to help us with all our needs at the hotel. The hotel is also in a great location near the temples, night markets and restaurants. Overall, this has been a wonderful experience and we will definitely be coming back to the 99 The Heritage Hotel again!

Incredible service and an absolute gem in Chiang Mai!”
My family had the most wonderful stay at this lovely colonial-style hotel! The mansion itself tells a significant tale in Chiang Mai's intriguing history, and oozes charm and understated elegance in all its little details. Stepping into 99 The Heritage feels very much like entering a private mansion, made even more perfect by the team's finer touches like complimentary all-day refreshments in the beautiful lobby, and interesting activities for guests like cooking classes, Yi Peng lantern making, and halloween! It is also perfectly located right across from the Wat Phra Singh, and just footsteps from the Sunday market, restaurants and massage shops on Ratchadamnoen Road. Service is truly exceptional - John and his team went above and beyond every day to anticipate our needs and make us feel right at home from the moment we arrived! Nothing was ever too much trouble no matter how busy they were, from organising an extra bed to helping us look things up and get around, and sharing their knowledge of the area. John, the Hotel Manager is truly wonderful and spared no effort in providing personal 5 star service, sharing his knowledge of the mansion, chatting with us and taking every opportunity to make sure we were comfortable. Look no further for a perfect stay in Chiang Mai!

Everything about this hotel is excellent!”
From the moment you step through the door, to the moment you leave, you are made to feel special at the 99 Heritage Hotel. The quality of service is excellent, the rooms are clean, very well presented and have everything you require. The breakfast is just wonderful with a wide selection of food, ranging from traditional Thai through to your Danish pasteries and wonderful egg station. where you can choose from a wide range of freshly made omelettes through to French toast or waffles. I just can’t say enough about this hotel, the staff are simply excellent, so helpful, nothing is to much trouble. We booked 2 rooms one on the ground level with access to the pool and one on the first floor, both were excellent. All I would say is, if I return to Chiang Mai, I would without doubt stay at the 99 Heritage Hotel again

Lovely boutique hotel with a lot of character ”
My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay at 99 The Heritage hotel! The hotel is all I thought it would be and more. The staff were really friendly and helpful. They automatically approached us to see what was wrong (since we were sitting and waiting for our tour guide for 30 mins+) and kindly helped us out. The whole hotel complex is well designed and tastefully fitted. The rooms were spacious and clean with a complimentary mini bar (excluding beers)! Before booking I was a bit concerned as someone reviewed poorly on the beds as they were "too hard" for them. I had a completely different experience!!! The beds were great. The hotel has a free bicycle hire and free refreshments (water, healthy drink of the day and other assortments), sandwiches and fruit platters. Bare in mind that the room isn't equaled with an ironing set (which is negligible if you're using their laundry service).

Best ever in Chiang Mai”
I loved this hotel. I could park my car right outside, the staff were just amazing, friendly and so helpful. Rooms are perfectly designed, great bathroom and they even have Fox news on TV, my favourite news channel. Breakfast is fantastic, the swimming pool is perfect, and everything is just so clean and bright. Location is awesome and they have free bikes which I used and enjoyed so much. Also there is free food and drinks all day long, so really, you cant go wrong booking this hotel. I can confidently recommend 99 The Heritage Chiang Mai.

I most highly recommend staying at 99 The Heritage Hotel. They have the best customer service ever, and we felt so welcomed. Our room was immaculate, and the room and bathroom was white glove clean everywhere. This hotel is like one of those out of a dream world. It is gorgeous and so thoughtfully designed and decorated with superb attention to every detail. Their breakfasts and snacks are amazing, too. Location is great. You will forever be glad and thankful that you stayed here! They go above and beyond for each of their guests, and they treated us like royalty. 99 The Heritage Hotel is the only place that we will book in Chaing Mia the future! Best Ever!

Exceptional”
The 99 Heritage Hotel was a great find for us on our travels to Thailand. The hotel is an old mansion of the Lanna kingdom that has been renovated and is being rented for commercial purposes for 30 years, per Jon, who is the Co-Owner/Manager of the Hotel. The hotel has its own authentic charm. Jon is genuinely kind and down to earth and helpful in making our stay the best it could be. The entire team of staff at the hotel are all outstanding. My husband and I enjoy food and the food here was the best we've eaten in Southeast Asia. (The chicken satay peanut sauce is not to be missed! Its Jon's mother's own recipe and is amazing!) The hotel is around the corner from the Sunday Market (not to be missed) and is across the street from a beautiful Wat. Though we give this hotel 5 stars in all areas, we feel that what makes The 99 Heritage so special are the people who work there.

Nothing can prepare you for the luxury and warmth you will experience and feel whilst staying at 99 The Heritage Hotel with Jon and his team. The attention to detail and consideration that has gone into making your stay out of this world has been achieved far beyond any expectation I may of had. If you decide to stay at this stunning hotel, please book onto a cookery course that Jon runs with his team. You learn to cook an authentic Thai meal in a small group that will include other guests staying at the hotel. Jon and his team have a bond that is a privilege to witness and be part of. When our holiday came to an end, I said goodbye to Jon accepting that they had stolen a part of my heart and that I would want to return to his family again and again.

The decoration of 99 The Heritage Hotel looks decent. The staffs are always attentive and eager to assist. We participated in a cooking class. It was very interesting. We didn't expect to be that good. Last but not least, We would love to give a big credit the staff " Duen". She's very nice and helpful. We experienced the unexpected great service. We highly recommend to stay in this hotel at Chiang Mai.

Amazing All Around”
99 The Heritage Hotel was absolutely amazing. The rooms were immaculate, and the hotel's decor, from it's koi pond to the lobby to the second floor sitting area are charming. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. Each day they asked how our day went and what our upcoming plans were. They provided great recommendations and feedback. They even went out of their way to buy me instant ginger tea when I told them I wasn't feeling well! The hotel is in a great location in old town, situated next to the Golden Temple and next to the Sunday Night Walking Street. I would return in a second if I could!

Visited 99 The Heritage over Christmas and could not recommend more. The staff provided excellent service and was very friendly - especially Jon who seemed to always be at hand. The rooms and common areas were very nice, well decorated and maintained and the location was perfect. Our entire family loved the included breakfast. We will definitely stay again if we return to Chiang Mai!

Great relax in old town of Chiangmai”
99 The heritage is great hotel to spend the time with, not just stay over night. Hotel offer a lot of refreshment of fruits, non-alcohol drinks and snacks (I got VIP offer for alcohol drinks and foods as well) at lobby bar and inside the room. Bed & pillow is not hard and very comfort for me. Bathroom has separate shower area from bath tub that is comfortable for senior (my parents). The room is very clean with great facilities. It is quiet enough although close to the road. There are a few 7/11 shops nearby. Big temple, Phra Sing, is opposite the hotel. Breakfast buffet also has fresh cooked food with some variety. There are parking slot <10 cars, enter the small street; left side of hotel, parking is at the right side of street.

BOUTIQUE HOTEL WITH FRENCH CHARM”
Arguably the best boutique hotel in Ma Muang that offers complimentary refreshments throughout the day and is well located across the road from the Wat Prah Singh. The rooms are spacious and well appointed with very comfy beds. Staff are quite possibly the best in this city. Joh, one of the Managers is extremely helpful and caring as are all staff members. We were very impressed upon our arrival with the welcome by "Pooying" staff member too. We have stayed at many hotels in Chiang Mai and we wouldn't stay any where else other than the Heritage as it represents the very best across all category ratings. Absolutely fell in love with this place and the people running it!”
It all started when we first arrived at the hotel. The staff (in particular Arm, May and this other girl - I can't remember her name) were extremely warm, they never stopped smiling and treated us with so much warmth and sincerity. The hotel was beautiful with a rich history behind it. We met Jon, the boss on the 2nd day and he was the best at making us feel so at home and taken care of. He took time to share with us on Chiang Mai, its history, and recommendations of where to dine and visit. Our trip was made perfect because of the Heritage team opening up their hearts and doors to us. Will definitely recommend it to anyone going to Chiang Mai and choose going back to them anytime.

We loved our 3 night stay at 99 The Heritage Hotel. Everything was so nice - the room, the pool, the breakfast and especially the staff. They were all so friendly and helpful especially the Manager John who went out of his way to make sure our stay was perfect in every way. This July I stayed for 5 nights at 99 the Heritage Hotel with my parents. The hotel is new and all of the facilities are considerable. The location is also very good. What impressed us most is their service. Staff is always full of smile and patient. We want to thank staff “ Arm” especially because of his kindness and warm attitude. If I have the chance to go to Chiangmai again, I would choose 99 the Heritage Hotel.

Icon for the hotel, the black vintage car at the entrance. Excellent services from the hotel staffs & restaurant staffs. Room is spacious and clean. However the bed mattress is a bit soft. B’fast food selection is a bit little but the attitude and services from the restaurant staffs made up for the short-coming. Hotel staffs are helpful and ready to assist. Only one small Swimming pool. Location is great (in the old city) next to the famous Wat Phra Singh and Sunday night market walking street. If drive, park at 99 Gallery Hotel.
