"My partner and I celebrated our 23rd anniversary at Ace Water Spa, and it was absolutely perfect. We booked a Junior Suite, and from the moment we arrived, we felt truly pampered. Everything in one place”
It was the weekend so the hotel had many guests. We arrived past 2pm so the type of room we booked was already full. They were kind enough to upgrade our room from deluxe twin to executive queen without extra cost. We also got all the exclusive deals of the room including the Halloween Party Tickets for 2 adults and 2 kids which costs around php 900 each. The room is spacious and cool enough. We had a problem setting the temperature at first but the staff helped us. All kitchen items were functioning well except for the refrigerator so we bought a small cooler at the supermarket in front of the hotel instead. There are many things to do at ACE. You can go to the sky bar for cocktails and drinks. You can go to the videoke rooms to sing. And of course, the waterspa, which my mother and my daughter really enjoyed. It was clean and properly managed by the staff. They also have a restaurant which offers breakfast and lunch buffet. There is also a Cafe inside the hotel and a convenience store at the ground floor of the hotel. The building is a little old now so the elevators sometimes do not work as smoothly as possible but it is fast given the number of guests at that time. We didn't have to wait too long. Easy checkin and checkout as well, although they will ask for a security deposit of around php4k. So bring in extra cash with you. You will be able to claim it back during checkout. The staff are kind and well-mannered.

The staff are all friendly from front desk and housekeeper, they happrn to welcome us with a big smile. Hey are courtous and ready to assist. The room is ready and inviting when we arrived, already cold clean. No need to call the housekeeping team for any request. The buffet food is true to its review. I was so eager and excited know and validate the review. And iIT IS TRUE. The food is delicous. There js limited choice though, but all are of good taste. I love the coffee machine that serves espresso and my parents loved the food that they rrally enjoyed our stay. Its really worth the visit. Thank you so much.
