“one Bedroom condo at Pico de Loro ”
The condo we rented was nice but quite crowded for 4 adults so we ended getting a room at the Pico de Loro hotel. Also we did not expect that we needed to pay cash to the caretaker of the owner. Good thing I had cash. I thought I could pay when we checked in but what we had to pay was an entrance fee to the beach club for the use of the pool and beach. It was confusing. There is no atm machine inside the property so make sure you have enough cash to pay the rental of the condo. Had I known about this I could have made reservations with the hotel which offered discount for seniors and breakfast was included.

“Great place!”
This unit was beautiful and clean. It has complete amenities for cooking . The owner took care of the little things, even a coffee brewer, free fast Wi-Fi and drinking water. A great place to stay when in Pico de Loro.

“A total pleasure able stay and the condo was excellent”
The condo was extremely clean and fitted with the little extras for cooking and showering, shampoos etc. Facilities were great so all in all a great stay and we will be back again.

“Good”
Overall, the Condo unit was good though the aircon has moisture. Entrace fee though is huge for a 1 night - 1 day stay and the cashless transaction card does not give you flexibility on how you spend your money - its like a forced expense at a minimum of 1K. I was forced to use it at the restaurant. Food is average. Staff are polite but the only issue is the response turn around time of the technician/mechanic who is supposed to change my flat tire. I cannot afford to wait as I need to consume my length of stay productively.

1. 호텔형식이 아닌 개인 아파트를 개별적으로 운영 -> 룸서비스 없음, 타월 추가 지급 없음, 프론트 데스크 없음 2. 사유지에 위치한 콘도형식 -> 사유지 입장시 해변 및 실외 수영장 사용 비용 추가 지불(어른 1200페소, 어린이 400페소) * 숙박비에 미 포함 -> 실외 수영장 타월 대여(개당 50페소) 3. 키즈카페(250페소/시간), 카페, 식당, 볼링장, 당구장, 배드민턴, 테니스, 농구장 등 다양한 시설있으나 대부분 유료 4. 숙소는 콘도 형식으로 취사 가능하니 식자재 준비. 내부에 편의점 있으나 가격이 비쌈.
