"I stayed here with my g/f over the weekend to celebrate our anniversary. The hotel's design is very modern and minimalistic, very nice indeed. It is also the most clean hotel I've ever visited in Philippines. Our room was flawless, so clean, not a single insect, no dust, no dirt at all. The value for money is superb, for this price I'd usually only get some lousy hostel in the province, but getting a high grade hotel in Alabang at this price is amazing. The infinity pool is very nice, an excellent place to relax, staff was very friendly and it's in a good location. Not too far from Manila and there's the alabang town center just within walking distance. Absolutely love the hotel and would surely come back. Only problems i had were: 1. The wi-fi connection in the room is unstable and slow. 2. The bar at the pool deck only seems to accept cash and having them to bill to your room seemed very difficult for them to do."

"Cheapest hotel in Alabang. Perfect for a short stay if you're in the area. Limited facilities since this is just a simple hotel. The room is spacious enough and super clean. No breakfast and free toothbrush but there's a 7-11 downstairs. Staffs who are cleaning in the morning are loud though, you can clearly hear them from your room since the hallway is not carpeted. "

"We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Crimson Alabang. Hotel is a short drive to dining complexes in Alabang such as Molito and Westgate. There's ample parking space, spacious lobby, and clean rooms and common areas (swimming pool, lobby, etc). We had a great sleep, with the soft and comfortable bed, bed linens and pillows. Toilet and shower area is also clean and well-lighted. Despite being located in an area with high pedestrian and vehicle traffic, there was no street noise as the hotel was located on the higher floors (lobby/reception was on the 4th floor). Loved the thick and fluffy bath towels and robes. Breakfast buffet spread was great, except that the juices are not fresh (just made from powder). Food options for in-room dining is also good, and service was prompt. Reasonably priced too. Complimentary wifi connection was decent. Some minor "complaints": Laundry bag wasn't readily available in our room. We had to call to ask for them. And it took a while for them to be brought to our room, along with the additional complimentary water we requested. There was no sewing kit (in the room or when we requested for it), not even safety pins to address any fashion emergency. I wish the room had better lighting options (a brighter central light, or an overhead reading light/lamp), and i wish the lamp on the writing desk was adjustable for more comfort and efficiency. "

"I have tried a few hotels in Alabang but Vivere stood out because of two things: the staff and the restaurant! The staff are accomodating and would go the extra mile for every request. They are friendly and really did ask on how my stay was. The pool may be dated but still well maintained. It's small and you have to pass through their parking area to access the pool. The hotel lobby was okay with the piano and koi pond. Check in was a breeze. I was just bothered by that there's a "safety net" on the building center. Maybe this will catch anyone who attempts to jump off within the building. Each floor is access card protected. I love the rooms. It's white, modern with a touch of ethnic decor. Bed and pillows were soft enough. The restaurant view was to die for. Food was expensive but compensates on the huge servings. The vibe was romantic and perfect for dates but annoying due to many patrons dining."

"The B-Hotel is an excellent value for the price. There are only a few decent hotels in Alabang and most of them are old and overpriced. This hotel at $66/night is a priced fairly and the standards are perfect for the business traveler. The staff are excellent and priced great service. Happy hour is 24hrs/day with beers for 49 Pesos! Breakfast is just basic, but well done and excellent service. Assuming the price stays below 3,000 Pesos, I will always choose this hotel for staying in Alabang!"

"The place is very very clean! Reception area, room, linen, toilet and bath, all so so clean! The staff are very nice. Courteous and accommodating Room was huge! Air-conditioning satisfactory. There was a TV unfortunately no cable. Wifi service is great! Shared toilet and bath smallish but clean. No hot water but we managed. Water pressure on the floor was strong enough to enjoy a decent shower. It was raining during our stay... The stairs going up to the 2nd and 3rd floor didn't have a roof so the steps were wet so we had to gingerly walk up and down the steps so we won't slip. Expect to get drenched when it's raining. Hopefully they will put a roof in that area eventually. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will stay again especially when doing business in the area. The place is so close to Evia and Fernbrook and about a 20 minute drive to Alabang Town Center. "

"This is my favorite hotel in the south. Staff are so super helpful and friendly. They’ll provide you with whatever you need. Rooms are newly renovated and are not strict with the number of people unlike most of the hotels. You can cook, bring your own food or even order directly. Their food looks dull but wait til you eat it, super worth it! I will never get tired of choosing Parque Espana vs other hotels in Alabang. "
