We got the deluxe family room (one twin, one double). Room was very clean and the setup was unique (half wall with shelved between the two room), it felt like just the right amount of privacy between the two sides, very spacious. It was very clean and lots of shelf space for storing things. Mini kitchen and laundry machine, though kitchenware and detergent were not provided. Nice big TV in front of the twin bed.

Accidentally went to Pyeongchang because we ran out of ideas where should we stay for our roadtrip but turns out it was our favorite city during the whole trip! The whole town might not be that big and not that popular during non ski season, however, it got everything that you need for. AM hotel located just in front of a lot of CVS and restaurants, we had a view from our room to the hills and city center and it was amazing. They have free parking lot just in front of the property. The room is nicely decorated and even got a mini living room, a stove and washing machine. To be honest for that price that we pay, we are more than willing to go back to this hotel. Staff is friendly eventho they dont speak that much of English, but they are helpful. Would definitely recommend this place. However, if you wanna go skiing, you might need another transport to bring you to the ski lift, but i dont think that takes more than 10 mins. Hope this help!

The location is good. Room is ok the shower is good. They did not clean our room just left a packet with clean towels on the door. Passage and foyers are dirty, could be the snow. The central heating is good but you can’t switch it off nor can you make the room colder. We opened the window. View is excellent. They are busy making the ski. Park in the river, the snow blowers we noisy all night. Nut it was a good hotel.

You are going to love AM Hotel! Great value for money. 9.5/10 in cleanness (a tiny little bit of mold on the shower's corner wall and a bit of dust on some drawers and the windows). We booked a "Deluxe Double Room" and we got a room on the 15th floor, beautiful view! The staff speaks English and are ready to help you. There's everything you can see on the videos I posted, keep in mind that even though there is a washing machine in the room, no laundry detergent is provided. There is a convenience store, a Korean BBQ restaurant and a Papa John's at the hotel's ground floor. You can access the eMart without having to actually go outside / leave the hotel. There is a supermarket about 600 meters away from the hotel in case you are planning to cook, and do not worry about the refrigerator because it is plenty big, even for big eaters! The only "downside" we found, was that you have to pay 20k won in order to get access to the utensils and dishware if you want to cook for yourself. Given the price of the room, it did not come as a surprise.
