Absolutely perfect location - steps from all the best of Hoi An, but set back just enough so the sound of live music & night markets won’t keep you awake! We were in the front so nice view from the window. Such a lovely family that operate it, they helped with any request instantly (motorbike hire, car to Da Nang, etc - cheaper than other places too!) The only thing I didn’t love was the bathroom setup - there’s no separation of the shower from the rest of the bathroom (shower head, wand & tap in the corner with no screen/curtain or tile border on the floor) so essentially the whole bathroom IS a shower. I really don’t love this as it can be very slippery if you need the bathroom right after someone showers, & can’t really store your things in the bathroom as everything gets wet. But they do provide those plastic shower shoes and the floor does dry faster than expected. And for a 2* hotel I guess I should expect some small compromises. Air con is very efficient and they made up the bed each day, and changed towels once in our 3 night stay which is more often than most. Overall excellent value if you’re on a budget, and the customer service & location is perfect.

The place is clean with a very comfortable beds and pillows. The owner is very accommodating; she goes above and beyond to assist with your needs. They even provided us with a map of the entire area so we would know where to go. They literally has everything you need, from a money changer to car pickups. The only aspect that needs improvement is the bathroom windows, but overall, I would rate my experience a 9.5 out of 10.
