Wonderfull hotel with fantastic service”

We stayed at this hotel for 1 night. Throughout our stay the staff was very helpful. Especially by giving suggestions, advice and recommendations for tours and sights, in and around Chiang Mai. The hotel is nice and clean with large rooms, a nice pool and best breakfast buffet. The hotel also providing free fruit and coffee in the rooms.

Stayed here for a night only because this is nearer to airport. First of all, upon entering this place, it looks really very grand with his lobby and pathway full of bamboo trees surrounding. Gprs leads us to the petrol station, the place is actually just behind petrol station, so must “Turn Left straight after petrol. If not u will miss the way. There are no room service at night which makes it no plus point. Also, the family room which we booked are exactly the same as the picture so it looks ok. But the Swimming pool is deep and not suitable for kids and leaves lying on the pool. Breakfast was ok but no choices of egg selection. Only sunny side up, congee, fruits and few foods. But I booked through agoda so it’s cheap for a night stay. Take note their complimentary shuttle to airport only runs on 2 timing- 10am and 2pm. Otherwise u have to pay 250 baht for a normal taxi to go to airport. For us is we rent a car throughout our 7 days journey in Chiang mai.

Good hotel, best staffs”

The beauty of this resort was sited in the bamboo forest. The location is exactly in the downtown, nearby the airport and shopping center. Front office staffs are excellence, helpful and friendly. I love this place and i would come back to stay here again next year :)

Near airport, clean but dark”

The hotel is located deep in an alley full of bamboo trees which was quite dark if you come there in the evening. Quite close to the airport, if you dont like the idea of plane engine sounds every 20 minute or so then you may move on. Clean, amenities were ok, not exactly like in pictures (only shampoo and body wash), the room is kinda dark (mine's view was bamboo trees), seems they forgot to turn on the lights on 3rd floor I had to figure it out myself. No airport pick up/drop off service at the time because of covid.

Excellent”

Nice hotel. We love the interior design. Very cheap comparing to what you get. The room was big and comfortable. The swimming pool was a bit dirty (there were leaves and such when we stay) but it was nice to just relax and take photos. You can hear airplane landing/taking off sounds at night which we were gonna complain but later realize that you can also hear the airlplane sound even in the hotel in downtown.

If you fan of aviation it's a good place for you”

Everything was almost perfect - staff, service, facility, breakfast (good assortment and quality, change every day) but if you like planes starting every 5 min and you hear their engine since 6am till midnight. After some time you get used to it but still could be disturbing. They have a transfer from airport and to airport for free but you need to ask them in advance. Also they have a transfer to the city center at 10am and 3pm (one way), if i remember correctly.

big room - killer breakfast”

great hotel, super cool and great breakfast. coffee, croissants, toast, egg station, salad, fruit, cereal etc etc. loved spending time in the breakfast area, very nicely done place inviting you to sit and relax while you eat breakfast and sip your coffee. rooms are good, spacious, good bathroom. no complaints. pool is good too, right next to the airport, so it's a bit noisy, but that's fine. gym is very minimal, outdoor right next to the pool. this place is great is you have a car since it's a bit outside of the main places of CM, but there's free parking and it's easy to find. will definitely consider again when coming to CM.

Nice price for the hotel stay. Location wise, far from the downtown area and not convenient in transportation because the traffic is a lot. Though closer to the airport, the taxi is not cheaper (300B one way from the hotel to the airport) and quite noisy.

Not what I thought it would be”

The hotel borders the airport so it would suit air travellers. I had to clean faeces from the outside front of the toilet bowl when we arrived! Went to breakfast the first day, my Thai wife asked a staff member if she could get us a knife to butter toast, she said they did not have any!! We looked around and found one set up on a another table? The next day every table had a knife set up on it. The eggs were cooked that much on both sides you could not recognise what they were and they were greasy with cooking oil! The rest of the breakfast and the room in fairness were ok. A note that you will hear airplanes taking off and landing from 0600 - 2300 each day, they did not bother us because we live near the Gold Coast airport.

Excellent choice for a quiet and serene place within the city”

Our family love the place! All our requests were fulfilled. Helpful and courteous staff. Spacious and clean rooms except that the curtains were kind of short and unable to fully cover the sliding door to the balcony so there is a little insecurity feeling. Breakfast was simple but good. Except that there isnt many eateries around so it is not like you can just walk out for a vast selection of food. Nevertheless, it is near town but walking will be a bit of a challenge in hot weather

By no means a 5* but a good solid 3.5*”

An interesting building, quite unique in it's modern, contemporary design, i liked it. Absolutely nothing Eco about it what's so ever, as some people have stated it is. Very strange how the pool is so murky and they have done nothing to address this, many past reviews mention this? Rooms are nice and clean, beds very comfy, coffee machine is great, but certainly not 5* standards. The airport runway is just on the other side of the fence! Every 20 minutes you get to hear the full roar of jet engines haha! All in all it was absolutely fine for what me and my boys needed, but the star ratings really needs lowering.

Very clean and new ”

The room was very clean and new in 2019 when we arrived. Big parking space under the building. Good WiFi. Located a bit away from the center of town, about 15 minuets. The staffs are wonderful. We were worried about the noise from the airplanes but we slept well. Pool was a little small. We rented a car for 1,000 bath a day and went visit places using google map and had a great time in Chiangmai. I’ll definitely go back to this hotel again.

Great friendly helpful staff. Near airport so planes fly over. Very quite place very clean nice down bedding. Pool nice but under large tree, so so debris in water. Poolside bar and service nice. I was going to stay 1 night as transtion lodging but ended up staying 5. I woul stay again for sure

Staff are super nice and helpful with 5-star services. Though the hotel not locates in city, free shuttle will be arranged. Preparing not all taxi drivers are willing to take u back to hotel but it’s still ok after asking some more. The pool is not gd and lots of mosquitoes around.

a new and neat hotel which is near the airport ”

it is not far from the night market .The hotel is a good spot to local food and interesting shops.
