Wonderful experience in W Hong Kong hotel!”

Thanks so much for the W experience team! We felt so warm from the moment we checked in! They kindly upgraded my room, and prepared a birthday cake for me! Also the hand-writing card was so touching! I had a really unforgettable birthday in W Hong Kong hotel as the room with harbor view was so great, especially at night time. Btw, the location of the hotel is perfect because it's above a huge shopping mall with many great restaurants and also close to airport express! W is definitely one of the best choices for tourists staying in Hong Kong!

1. Excellent customer service. They helped to change the spoilt hair dryer and TV controller. You can ask for a free tote bag from the reception. 2. Comfortable bed and choice of soft and firm pillows, ironing board. 3. Separate Rain shower and bathtub. Good water strength. 4. Good selection of TV channels. They have almost everything. 5. Free coffee using Espresso coffee machine. 6. Surround sound system which you need to link it to your handphone. You must use this if you stay in W Hotel! 7. Sky pool and jacuzzi at 76th floor. Awesome view and good place to dip, suntan, and relax. 8. Gym, jacuzzi, steamroom, sauna at 73th floor. 9. Prices for W Mix Bar is ridiculous. Overall satisfied stay with W Hong Kong.

Although it is not so easy to find (erratic signage) if you come from the Airport Express station eventually you get there, and "there" is smack in the center of the new West Hong Kong development, still in progress. The room design is what you would expect from the W chain: cool, well-thought out and pleasing to the eye. The bed was about the best I have ever found, and the breakfast buffet was exceptional also. Add the excellent service from staff and you would be hard-pressed to find one negative. I did not have time to go up to the 76th floor where the pool and bar is.

Had a room at high floor with ocean view facing Hong Kong Island. Beautiful room and all provided ammenities like iphone sound dock, large comfy & fluffy bed and pillows were fantastic. W Hotel Hong Kong is right above the Airport Express and MTR. Elements Shopping Centre is right at it's doorstep.

Great location, Great Hotel, Great Services”

W Hong Kong is probably the best. Woo bar offers good cocktails and has a nice atmosphere. We stayed at a "Spectacular", the room was a little larger than I expected. I was impressed with a view of ICC & Victoria harbor. Great location with super big shopping mall downstairs.

Great hotel in an ideal location”

This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel and I have to say this is a great location in HK! It sits on top of an MRT station, a mall and airport express, which makes everything so convenient for business and leisure travellers alike. The hotel is great as expected with the W brand and it's a great respite from all the hustle and bustle of Hong Kong.

Hotel building is connecting one of the biggest shopping centre in hk, you don't need any transportation to go anywhere,staying in the hotel area is enough to make your wallet bleed. all luxury brand is just in the shopping mall downstairs. If you come Hong Kong look for shopping, W hotel will be the one your best choice.

Comfortable”

The room is spacious in Hong Kong standard. The bathroom is nice you can enjoy the view while watching TV at the same time. I love the stmosphere of the hotel. Lobby and restaurants are exciting while the rooms and floors are relaxing and quiet. I enjoyed the time in the Spa Bliss. The spa price is very reasonable and the facilities are really great. I spent a great afternoon there. The staff were helpful and professional too!

Amazing comfort!! ”

It was great, I went to Hong Kong for medical reasons and chose the W Hong Kong because I've had many friends stay there and they all recommend it for the comfort of the rooms and beds, the black out windows are also great as well, really easy to use controls in the room.

Spectacular room with great view”

W Hong Kong is located in ICC mall which is very easy to access the shopping mall and transportation as well. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. I booked the Spectacular Room. It has very beautiful harbour view.

Good "W" experience!”

W Hong Kong staffs executed with own concept "Whatever/Whenever service". It was impressive experience for me. Specially in "Kitchen" that a restaurant dinning room of them.

comfort and luxurious ”

The stay in W has been wonderful; very comfortable. The small downside is that it is not in Tsim Sha Tsui area where shopping is easily just a foot away.

great hotel ”

the top floor swimming pool was what i had anticipated the most about. but the water was quite cold for hong kong's april weather. i wish they could've kept it warmer. aside from the pool, it was a lovely experience to stay at w in hong kong.

Christmas holiday stay”

We stayed at W Hong Kong for Christmas Eve, Christmas Day & Boxing Day as we have frequently stayed at W Seminyak which is exceptional and recently stayed at W Sentosa Singapore which was also excellent. We have to say that whilst the hotels location is great it was looking tired. It’s very different from the resort styled W’s. It’s high rise with the reception upstairs and whilst the staff were nice they just didn’t give us the warm welcoming feeling we were expecting. In room dining and drinks were expensive and the breakfast buffet was nothing special. We would recommend the location as joins Ellements shopping centre but we wouldn’t stay there again.

A GEM OF A FIND”

All we can say, is this hotel is a gem of a find for those looking for a more boutique, stylish hotel in a fast moving city. From the minute you enter the W Hotel reception, till you leave, you will thoroughly enjoy your stay and the relaxed atmosphere. Everything has a well designed edgy feel and flow through the place. The rooms are very spacious with high ceilings and huge windows to take in the views...loved the automatic curtains just to name one of the great room features. We had intended going out for the day but one look at the fabulous outdoor pool on the 76th floor quickly changed our plans. We love boutique hotels and the W Hotel far exceeded our expectations.

Short vacation trip in Hong Kong”

I totally love this hotel especially the location. This hotel located at Kowloon station so it's very easy to transport by both Airport Express and MRT. And if you're shopaholic, you'll find The Elements which is one of the famous shopping mall in Hong Kong with many brand-name stores. About the design and decoration of this hotel, if you like modern and boutique hotel, i believe that you'll fall in love with this hotel like us.

Convinient to travel to and from Airport”

This was the first time I arrived in HK at 12 midnight, I was exhausted, fortunately I decided to stay at W, I did have to rush to catch the last Airport Express Train to Kowloon but I arrived quickly at the hotel ( I don't like long taxi ride because I get dizzy ).The hotel room was very nice and luxurious for a standard room. Checking in on the way back to the airport was no hassle too, the kind bellboy sent me and help me with my luggages to the check-in counter downstairs. I didnt have time to explore restaurants, since my host took me to the very nice Elements mall just next to W, where I could do some last minute gift shopping. For traveller with short trip and tight schedule, W hotel is an excellent choice.

Impeccable Service, Fantastic Location, ”

I was very impressed by the service I received during my stay at W Hotel HK. This was meant to be a celebratory birthday holiday and the hotel picked up on the fact that my birthday was one day prior to my check-in. It was indeed a pleasant surprise to find a card with a slice of birthday cake and celebratory decorations in the room after a hard day shopping! Keith at the front desk was also extremely helpful in advising us where to go for Christmas sales. The location is fantastic for shopping, with elements mall , TST walking distance away and Central only one MTR stop away. I have no doubts that I will return to W on my next trip to HK.

the stay in w hong kong hotel was very good. the hotel is very modern with amazing design. the room is very clean and the bed is very comfortable. but still if they could manage some price promotion for the hotel would be perfect.
