Lovely Hotel with excellent location”

the hotel is located at higashishinsaibashi where is so close to shinsaibashi, the main shopping area in osaka. it was a good stay. we stayed for three nights in this hotel. we went shopping in shinsaibashi and then quickly went back to the hotel and left everything for another travel attractions. the hotel is good for shoppers and young couples. staffs speak good english. it is also three stations away from osaka castle, a must-go attraction in osaka. staffs are really helpful and polite. highly recommended hotel in shinsaibashi. just mind that rooms are not big in the hotel and in line with the 3-star standard. all in all, will definitely stay at best western hotel fino osaka shinsaibashi next time when visiting osaka.

Nice and well located hotel”

Best Western Hotel Fino Osaka Shinsaibashi was the first hotel my family and I stayed in when we went to Japan. And it was a pretty nice hotel. It is very well located with a 7-11 right outside and tons of food outlets nearby. There is a train station very nearby that you can get around the whole of Osaka in. We used it a lot and we pretty much could get anywhere. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, small but very comfortable.

i had a very enjoyable stay at best western hotel fino in osaka. the staff was very friendly and helpful. english always helps for us foreigners too. the rooms were of good size and cleanliness. the high speed internet was extremely fast. the best thing about the hotel was the location. it was only around a 5 minute walk from the center of shinsaibashi. it was in a very quiet neighborhood. my only complaint was it is kind of difficult to find when checking in unless you already know exactly where it is. overall though i had a fine stay and would go there again when traveling back to osaka.

Great stay in a great location”

I stayed at the Best Western Shinsaibashi with my wife on our holiday to Japan. The hotel was great in allowing us to check-in around midnight, as we had a very late flight into Osaka. The staff were all very friendly and helpful on check-in and check-out. The hotel is located just away from a major road, and is in a nice quiet area. The shopping/dining area of Dotonbori is only a short walk down the road (about 5 minutes), which we visited a number of times. The subway network is also very close. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay, and would definitely come back to the Best Western Shinsaibashi if we are back in Osaka.

You've found your hotel in Osaka!”

We booked this hotel via Agoda after seeing the reviews and was very happy with what we got. We stayed for a total of 5 days a room for 2 with queen sized bed. It was a good deal for a Best Western branded hotel that had a good location and has all the basic things we needed. The hotel is very close to the subway which made it very convenient for us to travel around. The room was small but not too small to be uncomfortable. Showers were ok and our room even had a tub! There is free internet via LAN cable but no wifi, we did bring our own wifi router to solve the problem of unposted tweets during the entire trip. There were no english channels on TV so having internet helped. 7-Eleven and another convenience store is just across the hotel and had a wide assortment of meal items such as rice cakes and sushi. Its a great place for a quick breakfast before heading to the sites or for a midnight snack. At night, the Shinsaibashi shopping street is a fast 5min walk and a few more steps down will bring you to the heart of Namba area where the famous Glico Running Man neon billboards, great takoyaki / okonomiyaki and the H&M may be found. A walk in the main avenue will get you to the Apple store and designer shops. Shops close at around 9pm but the local food stalls would be open til late. This is definitely a good choice for tourists with the subway just nearby and lots of stuff to do at night. Great location, service and value for money, it would be nice if there are hotels like this in other countries as well!

The best hotel !!!”

The performance is much more than expectation. We were checked in by staff who could speak fluently English. The location was so great; we could walked to Shinsaibashi shopping street less than 10 minutes and walked to subway less than 1 minutes. The breakfast buffet was so delicious that we would like to wake up early and spend more than 1 hour for tasting all the food. I am one of loyal customers of Best Western in the United States. This was my first time to stay at Best Western outside the United States. Although the room was smaller than the one in the States, it was so clean and offered completed service. Thank you so much for the service. I'll recommend my friends and family to stay at this hotel when they are going to Osaka.

Excellent hotel”

My stay ay Best Western Hotel Fino Osaka Shinsaibashi was actually broken up into two four-night periods as we left for another trip to an island. For the first part of my stay I was put up in a smoking floor as I was told I did not request for a non-smoking room and there were none available. So do put this request in when making your booking. Nevertheless the smoking floor and my room did not smell of cigarette smoke at all so the experience was still a good one.

Great location hotel and good value for money!!!”

We enjoyed our stay in best western osaka shinsaibashi. Staff were very helpful, its located literary 2 minutes from nagahori station exit 5. You can also walk to the shinsaibashi shopping arcade from the hotel (approx 10 min). Price of this hotel is also relatively cheap for hotel standard in japan. The only drawback I experienced was there is no aircond in the room and it was too warm for us. We have to open our window for cool air however theres construction going across from the hotel which makes it quite noisy.

Great location but hard to find”

first of all, the hotel is super hard to find. since it was a best western, i was expecting the english best western logo as i scoured the streets. there was one, but it was obstructed by a bush and was facing the opposing building. meaning, you could only see the english sign, if you were standing right in front of it. however, there is a sign in japanese that says best western, your out of luck if you can't read japanese though. the hotel is very modern and i would definitely stay again. the price was good but the room was small. there were more channels available on tv than i've seen at other hotels. the bathroom was pretty big and looked cool. the staff was very friendly and spoke english well. they held my stuff for me since i tried to check in early so i could walk around. just across the street (10 second walk) is a sunkus convenience store. just down the street (5 minute walk) was the shinsaibashi shopping district. go left passed uniqlo for a ton of cool shops. go right for more sale items for old ladies at the same intersection. but i would recommend going down that old lady section to get to "round 1." for it's 3 hours of pool, darts, karaoke, video games, batting cages, tennis, boxing, and more. that place is a ton of fun!

Close to Shinsaibashi yet quite area”

Best Western Hotel Fino Osaka Shinsaibashi is located about 5 mins walking distance to Shinsaibashi, very suitable for those plan for non stop shopping traveler. Really appreciate that hotel offer us free upgrade to Double room with bigger room size (slightly) and located at the top floor.

We stayed in Best Western Hotel in Hongkong las time and this time in Osaka. Another good experience with this hotel chain. Pros: Near Nagahoribashi Station, 7-11, walking distance to Shinsaibashi, Kuromon Market and Dotonbori. Staff are helpful and accommodating, breakfast is good as well. Cons: Nothing much to say, as we were satisfied overall!

Lovely hotel and service, Great location”

Best Western Hotel Fino Osaka is conveniently located near Shinsaibashi - a stone away from Tokyo Hands and the big departmental stores. Just smacked (five second) out of the hotel are 2 convenience store - seven eleven and Daily Yamazuki should you need a quick drink or bite. In terms of transportation, the subway is just a minute walk away and 8mins walk (underground if raining) to Shinsaibashi.

Best Western Fino Osaka hotel is located in 1 min walk to Osaka subway and in walking distance to Shinsaibashi/ Numba. It was very convenince in case you may need snack/ breakfast as there is 7-11 in front of hotel. However the room is pretty small but it is very normal for hotel in Japan.

Best Western Hotel Shinsaibashi”

We stayed at the Best Western Hotel Shinsaibashi for 4 nights. Overall, we were happy with the accommodation. The staff were friendly and spoke fairly good basic English, which was very helpful to us (despite our best efforts to converse in Japanese!) The room was quite cramped, but this didn't affect us too much as we were out and about exploring the city most of the time anyway. The hotel's location is excellent - withing walking distance to major attractions like Dotonbori, Shinsaibashi-Suji shopping strip, and LOTS of restaurants and bars. It is also directly opposite a 7-11 if you're desperate for an ATM. We tried the buffet breakfast one morning (available between 7am -10am) which was handy given that few places in Osaka seem to be open for breakfast. The kitchen staff were lovely and it was pretty good value (at 1100 yen per person). If you're after spacious, luxury accommodation, this place probably isn't for you. But if you're looking for a reasonably priced hotel close to all the action in Osaka, I would recommend Best Western Hotel Shinsaibashi.

Decent Hotel”

Best Western Hotel Fino Osaka Shinsaibashi was a little difficult to find with Osaka's massive subway station. Once we found out that it was behind the 7-11, it was easier. We like that it was an easy 10 minute to the entertainment area so access to shopping and restaurants was great. The room could of used a little of maintenance work (paint)but other than that, the room was compact and comfortable.

Exceptional”

Best Western Hotels by far are one of my top choices due to the staffs are really nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious too. The breakfast are pretty nice too although some may deem it to be normal but by far, I still find the breakfast is the best among the other hotels I stayed for this trip. Location is very near to Nagahoribashi station and it is really walking distance to Shinsaibashi as well.

Central and reasonably priced but early check-out”

The Best Western Hotel Fino Osaka is a pretty central located and clean hotel that I'd recommend if one visited Osaka for a few days in order to explore the city and enjoy some of the nightlife. The only issue is that they have an early check-out policy at 10am. That doesn't fit to the overall good impression.
