Good Location, Free Coffee and Nice Bed”

I stayed a total of 6 nights in this hotel, and I must say that if I'm ever going back to Tokyo, this group of hotels would be my first choice. For the price, you have a hotel which is within 3 mins walk from the Daimon Station exit A2, Free coffee (which is at the hotel lobby), free wifi in your room and a reasonably sized room. The bed was firm, which ensured that I had a good night's sleep every night. Almost everything was designed well enough, to make the best use of the space in the room. From the way the doors open and close, to the location of where to store your luggage and location of tables. Really one of the better hotels that I have stayed in for the price. Lovely Hotel”

Our family enjoyed our stay in hotel mystays hamamatsucho. The room is very clean, staff are nice and we love the free coffee 😊 It's very close to the subway and jr lines. Nice view of Tokyo Tower as well. I like the neighborhood it's in. Lots of restaurants around. Lots of convenience stores as well! Thank you Hotel Mystays Hamamatsucho!

Great Location, Great Service, Decent room size”

Hotel MyStays Hamamatsucho is value for money. Great location and service at a decent price. Daimon is a great place for tourists as it is near many tourist hotspots including Tokyo Tower. Hotel Mystays is also near Daimon station which is good for backpackers.

Great location and excellent service”

This was my first stay at a MyStays Hotel and hope to use them more often. I found Hotel MyStays Hamamatsucho very satisfactory for my business purposes - quiet rooms, excellect service and staff. The internet service was very reliable and quite fast on ethernet. The location is good with Diamon metro station next to the hotel and Hamamatsucho trains station about 5 minutes away. The area has many inexpensive resaurants for basic, nutritious, Japanese style meals

Ideal Tokyo Hotel”

This hotel is quite near to Hamamatsucho station about 15 mins walk. Hamamatsucho is a connecting station to Yamanote line (like the circle line for central Tokyo)The room is not too small. It saves your money on airport limousine because all you need is the monorail to reach to Hamamatsucho. Because you only use the monorail, you can avoid the rush hour congestion of the subway lines. Very suitable if you have a lot of luggages. There's Lawson (a convenient store) nearby and an Indian Masala restaurant, ideal for Asian traveller. I strongly recommend this Hotel for traveller travelling with families.

Easy access from Haneda and close to attractions”

we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel which is quite centrally located and very close to hamamatsucho and daimon stations. as we arrived in tokyo at haneda airport quite late, it was ideally located for us, being a short distance from the hm station after travelling on the monorail from the airport. the hotel itself is very clean, comfortable and quiet. free coffee and tea were appreciated. we walked to hama rikyu gardens and zozoji temple is across the road (well worth an evening visit for the temple, paper lanterns and great foodstalls). plenty of restaurants and superettes nearby. we got a great deal on a double room via agoda and had we known more about tokyo, we would have opted to stay on longer at this hotel rather than moving to our pre-booked accommodation in shinjuku after a 2 night stay (which was about the same price but much lesser quality). based on the cheap agoda rate we got, i'd really recommend this hotel as value for money.

the hotel is very near the hamamatsucho station and daigo subway. the hamamatsucho station has a monorail direct to haneda airport so its very convenient to travel there. very important as taxis are expensive in tokyo. The surrounding area there are various restaurants including a mcdonalds and also a small supermarket. The room is quite small but is comfortable for couples or the lone traveler. The hotel does not have a porter to help you with the luggage and it only has one elevator servicing 14 floors. but those are minor complaints. overall a good stay for the budget minded.

Affordable and comfortable business hotel”

The hotel is conveniently located close to Hamamatsucho and Daimon stations, and to the bus terminal beneath the nearby World Trade Centre building. This makes access very easy to surrounding sightseeing/shopping spots, e.g. Tokyo Tower, Tsukishima, Odaiba, Hinode Pier, Shibuya, Akihabara, etc. The hotel's entrance is tricky to find as they placed a dark and opaque sliding door behind a glass sliding door, making it look inconspicuous. There's no laundry room but the guest room comes equipped with fast LAN internet and good-sized bath/shower. The air-conditioning is powerful and easily turns a hot and sticky summer night into something balmy, making the stay very comfortable.

Convenient for early morning Tsukiji auction”

Hotel is an easy walk from the end of the Haneda monorail. Very close to Hamamatsucho and Daimon stations. In fact they are connected underground. Hamamatsucho is on the Yamanote Line. Access to Daimon just a few doors away from hotel. If taking a cab suggest you show driver a Google map as the hotel is not very big. Very nice elderly desk clerk went outside to hail us a cab to Tsukiji auction around 4:30 a.m. (Got there at 4:50 and unfortunately just missed the cutoff) Taxi to Tsukiji cost about 3500 yen. Hotel was quiet and rooms were clean, though small as Japan rooms are. The bed was a little short and 5'11" husband just barely fit.

Convenience in Tokyo”

From all the other hotels I spent in Japan, MyStays Hamamatsucho was the best. Clean, smoking free, close to subway and to monorail to Haneda Airport. Access to the loop train and surrounded by reasonable restaurants. I will definitely stay again.

Excellent Location and Friendly Staffs”

This hotel is just 150 m from Daimon subway station. Hamamatsucho train station is also 10 minutes walk from the hotel. You can get direct train from Narita Intl Airport to Daimon which takes 1 hour 12 minutes. You needn't to change in between. This is very convenient. Famous Tokyo Tower and Tokyo Bay are nearby. At night you can get the spectacular view of Tokyo Tower. If you want to go for a river cruise just walk for 15 minutes and you are at Hinode Pier. There are lot of restaurants including Family Mart convenience store. Staff of this hotel are extremely friendly and always ready to help you. Only drawback is there's no restaurant or bar at this hotel. But you can easily get breakfast items from Family Mart- 1 minute walk... Though this place is not that much thriving like Ginjza or Sinjuku, but you get all the convenience here- subway nearby, tourists places within walking distance... I will recommend this hotel to others...

This is my 2nd time I stayed here. I'm very satisfied with this hotel. I definitely will stay at Mystays Hamamatsucho again whenever I visit Tokyo.

Convenient location from Haneda Airport”

You can consider staying in this hotel if you are coming from Haneda Airport. The travelling time between the airport to this hotel takes around 30 mins. You can take the monorail and alight at Hamamatsucho station. Hamamatsucho station is on JR Yamanote line so it's really easy to go to places like Shinjuku, Shibuya and Harajuku. There is a lot of restaurants around, as well as convenience stores so you need not worry if you are hungry at night. One thing i appreciates is that there is room service everyday so you will come back to your hotel clean and neat. Hotel is also in a walkable distance to Zoiji temple and Tokyo tower. Overall i have enjoyed my stay in this hotel.

Pro - direct access of DAIMON subway and hamamatsucho JR Station. Free coffee but till 11pm only then they will put an out of order sign on it Cons - Not many shopping areas and eating place compare to UENO ameyoko area. Price high and room is small compare to Tokyo Bay hotels.

I am so glad I decided to pick this hotel as I set out to explore the city as much as I could and therefore would need a location near to public transport. The hotel is just 1 minute walk from Exit A2 of Daimon subway station, which connects directly to Asakusa station and that made my trip to Nikko World Heritage easier than ever. Another 5 mins walk from the hotel and you will find Hamamatsucho station, which directly connects to Shinjuku shopping area. The hotel is also 5 mins walk to Shiba Park Hotel - where you can be picked up by your tour operator AND the Narita Airport Limousine Bus. The hotel does not provide breakfast, but there are a few local places to eat just around the corner. Nothing to complain about the room: actually it was even larger than what I had expected. There is free Wifi in the room. Just one note: bring your own electric adapter plug if you dont want to have to buy it (unlike some other city hotels in Tokyo, this hotel does not lend you a plug, but they do sell it). All in all, great value for money and I would definitely choose it again.

A "small" perfection ;) ”

the location of the hotel is perfect, a few minutes walk to the Daimon Subway station, and JR Hamamatsucho station. Lots of convenient stores nearby, the only thing they might need to improve is the number of Wifi routers available for the room, sometimes, you might not be able to get one upon check in, as they were all used up by other hotel guest. other than this, this hotel, with this price, is almost perfect ;) i will definitely go back.

Great Location, Comfortable, Clean rooms”

hotel is 2 blocks from daimon station and a 5 minute walk to hamamatsucho. you can have access to almost anywhere in the city within 20 minutes on the train. we were able to leave our bags with the hotel a few hours prior to check in while we did some siteseeing. rooms are small, but the beds are very wide, the rooms are very clean and the staff is very polite. price was very reasonable. i would most certainly stay here again, just for the location!
