Hotel Skypark Central Myeongdong is the best hotel in Seoul because it's a new hotel with good room rate. Free in-room wifi. $10 (each trip)Limo bus #6015 to & from Incheon International airport. Do not forget to inform the 6015 bus driver to drop you in front of KEB(Korean Exchange Bank)Myeongdong, where the hotel is just located behind this building. Hotel Lotte is just situated cross the street and Myeongdong shopping is just in front of this hotel. Hotel provides maps and customer service could speak good English. Lots of good Korean Restaurants just in front of the hotel or within walking distance. Most of the scenic spots could be reached by underground train and the station entrance is in front of the hotel too. Do not forget to stay in this hotel when you travel in Seoul.

Clean and comfortable 5-star hotel”

I was quite amazed by how new and clean Hotel Skypark Central was. The room that was initially given to me had no windows and I requested for a change of room. It was done very quickly the next day and I was satisfied with their amazing customer service. Hotel Skypark Central is situated right at the heart of Myeongdong which is a famous shopping district in Seoul and it's very convenient to get around. You can even get discounts from innisfree - a popular cosmetic brand in Korea, the samgyetang restaurant just right below the hotel and also for the airport express train ticket. I had a pleasant experience and will definitely choose to stay at Hotel Skypark Central when i visit Seoul again!

Convenient, clean, friendly staff”

We had a nice stay at the Hotel Skypark Central Myeongdong. This hotel has a shuttle nus from the City Hall metro, high speed train, train station. Our room had two comfy queen beds. The bathroom was clean and had great smelling soaps/shampoos. The location of the hotel for shopping is excellent, right in the heart of Myeong Dong. There are two metro lines close by for walking and lots of restaurants to choose from. We highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again!

If you are looking for hotel to stay in Myeong Dong area, SkyPark Central is one of the TOP choice. I have stayed SkyPark different properties in Myeong Dong but in my opinion this is the highly recommend. We always booked here whenever we fly to Seoul. You can find convenient store just right in front of the hotel, eateries such as Ponjuk (Porridge), Jjampong (spicy seafood noodles), Mandoo (Dumpling), Jjimdak (Braised Chix) and BBQ . Nearest subway at Euljiro 1-ga. You may take the Airport express train (only 45mins) and alight at the Seoul Stn and take sub way to Euljiro 1-ga or hotel free shuttle from Seoul Stn to hotel. Another alternative is airport Bus shuttle. Hotel staff are helpful and friendly. They will help you to keep your luggage if u need to check out early before your flight. The front desk staff Ms Shim is very approachable and shared places of attractions when we make enquiries. You should head to Hangang For the Banpo fountain show before it ends in October.

Convenient and Comfortable Stay”

Both my boyfriend and I LOVED Hotel Skypark Central Myeongdong. It was very convenient to go around Seoul from the Hotel; not to mention it's right at the heart of Myeongdong Shopping District. There are a lot of convenience stores nearby, and a few authentic breakfast places that are open as early as 6:30AM which you can enjoy. It is very near the subway (either Myeongdong Station of Line 4 or Euljiro-il Station of Line 2) and my boyfriend and I were able to go around the nearby places by just walking (Cheongdeok Palace and Insadong near Anguk Station), etc. The room was just right for us since we didn't really need a big one. The bed was very comfortable and the place was very clean.

Super convenient hotel in the heart of Myeong-dong”

Researched a ton of places before deciding on Hotel Skypark Central and was thrilled with my selection. Located in the heart of Myeong-dong - it's super convenient to go out for shopping, food, money exchange, subways and airport bus. The rooms are large for Asian countries hotel rooms and it's very clean and well appointed with the basic necessities. It does get warm with the heater on but you can open the window to get some fresh air and it's relatively quiet. Don't expect early check-in but they will hold your luggage for you until it's time to check in or leave it there until it's time to go to the airport. The front desk staff's English is passable and some of them are nicer than others. It was my first time to Seoul and we will definitely stay there again next time. Lots of International travelers in the hotel but much was catered to the Japanese clientele. They even have a free shuttle to go to Dongdaemun Night Market and Seoul Station if needed. Take Airport Bus 6001 or 6015 and get off at the Euljiro 1(il)ga station and you will be in front of the KEB building. Head right on the main road and then left when you see a small street - keep going on the small street and Hotel Skypark Central will be in on the left near the 7-11 and Waffle Bant store. A 3-5 minute walk with luggage but super convenient.

i stayed at Skypark Central for a week with my daughter. We first arrived at Seoul via train from Busan and was shortly picked up by the hotel shuttle bus after we arrived. The shuttle runs on schedule to multiple shopping locations, making it so easy to go out and shop. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was economical and put much effort in conserving the environment (such as having water fountains on every floor,...) they had other amenities such as coin-operated washing machine, lending iron. The location was the best thing about staying here. It's in the middle of Myeongdong, which has endless things to explore. we spent everyday exploring different corners of the area just by trying different turns from the hotel. it was close to multiple subway station, which to us was the best way to explore Seoul, very easy and economical. We very much enjoyed our stay there. Would definitely return the next time we're in Seoul

Generally, our stay at Hotel Skypark Central Myeongdong was great. The hotel is centrally located right at the center of Myeongdong's shopping district. There's lots of restaurants around the area offering different cuisines. The room is relatively large by Seoul standard. There's automated bidet at the toilet. The room is provided with central control system where you can set the room temperature or make requests like- "Make up room" or "do not disturb". Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Keep up the good work.

Will definitely stay in the same hotel when back”

The sky park central hotel is smacked right in the shopping district with two subway stations (line 4 and line 2) located approximately 10 minutes away. Just across the hotel there are Korean restaurants available and the next junction it has KFC and Macdonals. You can also settle all your cosmetic shopping needs at myeongdong. So you never have to worry about dining and shopping. Also the hotel provides free transport to the shilla duty free shop, dong dae moon and Seoul train station (where you can take the high speed train to incheon airport in 43mins - super convenient with highly accessible elevators and escalators). I wouldn't recommend you to transfer at seoul station and take the subway to the myeongdong/eujiro station especially if you have big luggage cause within the subway station itself, there are mostly stairs. I also have to compliment the bathroom facilities, they provide toiletries from face shop (nice smelling and moisturising include skin care) and the toilet bowl system is equipped with the biget. The housekeeping ladies are friendly and efficient. I highly recommend couples or families to stay here. It has the whole package and when I return to Seoul again. I would definitely stay here.

Excellent location”

hotel location is excellent. From Seoul station , free shuttle bus is provided to and fro the hotel. Shuttle bus service is also provided to Shilla duty free. Step out of the hotel, turn right is Euljiro 3-ga station and turn left is the myeongdong shopping area. unlike skypark 1 and 3 which are located at the main road which tend to more noisy due to the crowds , skypark central is not noisy at all due to its location.There are two 7-11 stores located opposite the hotel thus buying snacks and drinks are very convenient. Staff are very helpful and well mannered. Provide umbrellas for rainy days. Had a good city view from my room. Room space is just nice for 3 pax, would definitely stay here again .

Value for Money”

Generally, the booking was worthy. It was value for money. This hotel is centrally located near the subways. The nearest subway to take is Line 2, Euljiro 1-ga, Exit 6. Walk out of exit 6 and walk through an alley. Turn right and you will be able to see Hotel Skypark II and Hotel Skypark Central. The two hotels are just next to each other. In order to get to the Myeongdong shopping area, walk out of the hotel and turn left. Then, you are already in Myeongdong. It is unbelievably close. Even the Nanta theatre is just a few minutes away. If you are in Myeongdong, you can also take the subway there. It will be Line 4, Myeongdong station, exit 7 or 8. Just buy the T-Money card from any convenient stores to use the subway service.

Third time staying at Skypark”

This was our third time staying at Hotel Skypark Central Myeongdong, the last visit was 5 years ago. Was a little hesitant at first when considering booking this hotel again as I was worried whether the room and facilities would be run down after so many years. However, I was so glad that I have made the right decision to stay with Hotel Skypark Central again. The hotel was well maintained, our room was very clean and tidy. The staff are welcoming, friendly and attentive as always. Hotel centrally located to shops, restaurants and public transport including airport limousine stop. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Location & Wonderful Cafe in the hotel”

We went for a family holiday with our 2 daughters. They were upgraded to the Princess floor and was super stoked! The pink walls and glass decals in the room made them feel special and warm. Skypark central is perfectly located. We only had to walk barely 2 minutes into the streets of Myeong-dong where an array of street food and stalls await us. Yet the hotel was far enough from the noise and smell of the street food. I would definitely stay there again. And yes, the Cafe Droptop in the hotel serves VERY good cheese pizza and coffee!

Strategic location, no frills, great value for money, decent, clean and comfortable rooms”

Excellent location right at the beginning of Myeong-dong street so all the shopping, great restaurants, scrumptious street food and sights and sounds of Seoul are just a few steps away. Taxi and subway stations are also close. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable for our family with 2 young kids. They didn’t have a lot of facilities but you could go down to the front desk to have food microwaved or bottles opened. There’s a Starbucks at the ground floor and two 7-11’s right outside for breakfast or coffee, or you could take their optional breakfast buffet at the basement. There’s a fantastic samgyeupsal restaurant beside the 7-11 called Wangbijim (prepare to line up a little), and a short walk along Myeong-dong and you also have the Michelin resto Gogung (bibimbap, beef bulgogi, samgyeupsal) and Yoogane (chicken galbi and bulgogi). Do note that there are no bellboys to help carry your luggage. But overall for the price, this is a superb hotel.

Would Stay Again”

Hotel is right beside the main shopping street of Myeong-dong and adjacent is Hotel Skypark II. At the ground floor, there is starbucks. Across, there are various restaurants, money changers and two 7/11 convenience stores. Turn left from the entrance and walk about less than 5 minutes, you are right at the center of Myeong-dong Market Street. Transportation-wise, there is a nearby subway entrance and bust stop about 5-10 minutes walk, depending on which bus stop you go to. Was a bit difficult to find at first but once we were familiar with the area, the hotel is quite convenient and near to most of Seoul's more well-known tourist spots. Hotel room is good size and clean, love their free instant coffee (G7 from vietnam!). View from our window was good. Hotel is quiet and has a nice smell once you get inside. No problem conversing with hotel staff in English.

Travelled with elderly ”

SkyPark is easily accessible from icn, it's just a 5mins walk from bus6015-royal hotel stop. It's located in myeongdong area where food & shopping are at your doorsteps, yet quiet enough for a good rest. The staff greets me every time I step into the hotel & are helpful with all my enquiries on directions. Namdaemun market is a 15 -20mins walk away from the hotel , while myeongdong station is 5-10 mins away. There is also free shuttle bus service between Seoul station to the hotel. This service is good for people traveling to Seoul via the AREX and make visits to Lotte Mart easy. I liked the free water dispenser ( serving both Hot & cold water ) on every floor. However , I was unable to do an early check in . But this is fine for me, as I was given a room at high floor ( as requested upon booking) Elderly might find the walk to train station tedious, but you can utilise the free shuttle bus service to Seoul station to access to your destinations.

Myeongdong at your doorstep”

It was definitely bang for the buck as we got a very good deal. The hotel had a promotion and we were able to get a standard double room for around SGD$105 (including taxes) per night (Fantastic for a 5* hotel!!). Besides the best 3 things I mentioned about this hotel, Skypark Central also has a beauty corner on almost every floor where you can try out the different nail polishes and paint your nails for free. There's also a makeup counter at the hotel lobby to try Espoir products. What I liked too was that hotel provided mini Etude House toiletries (shampoo, bath milk, toner, moisturiser) but I heard that Skypark I gives a complimentary toiletries bag full of Etude products (to be verified). But really at the end of the day, these amenities are icing on the cake. It's definitely LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. Nestled among myriad restaurants and endless shopping - it's paradise for any healthy normal woman! :D

Centrally located”

We stayed a night at the Hotel Skypark Central Myeongdong. The hotel is very centrally located at the Myeongdong shopping area between 2 subway stations. It also offers free shuttle bus to Dongdaemun and Seoul Station. We visited during the weekend before the Summer Sales begin and the hotel room prices was high. We ended up staying in the smallest room on the floor even there were larger rooms with the same grade. The hotel was also very crowded at the time. The room was not worth the value totally and the main portion goes to its location. However, the room is clean and tidy.

Fantastic Place! Highly recommended ”

Stay at Skypark central was beyond expectation. For the price we paid we were pleasantly delighted. Rooms was bigger and cleaner than expected. Decor was new and modern. There were free shuttle to Dongdaemun, Namsan and Seoul Station. Discount for shops there were nearby the Hotel. Staff was good with conversing in English. Location was excellent and airport bus stop near the hotel. It its only a 3 mins walk to the hotel. Overall one of the better hotels in Seoul IMHO.

Value for Money”

My family and i arrived to the Hotel Skypark 3 in the evening from airport and the staffs were so helpful by fetching us to the Hotel Skypark Central Myeongdong, which is strategically located in the Myeongdong shopping area. Only 2 minutes to the busiest street of Myeongdong. The room was small for us, but still acceptable. The hotel was thoughtful to provide a water dispenser at the lift lobby and free shuttle transportation to Seoul Station and Dongdaemun market, which is another Must-visit shopping area. We would return and stay at this hotel again.
