we booked via agoda around 8:30pm sa mismong hotel na dahil medyo mas cheaper Ang online booking compare to walk in rate, after we booked online, nagpunta kame sa reception to show them na confirmed na booking namin base on the email ni Agoda and status ng booking ko. The staff na boy is ask me if okay lang na walang internet sa room, and sabe namin Hindi dahil meron kameng online business na need sagutin for inquiry etc. After, nag informed si boy attendant na if okay lang mag wait kase for cleaning pa room namin, pumayag kame until nabagot na kame kase mag 1 hour na Hindi pa rin kame pinapapasok sa room. Marami na guests Ang nag arrived and nakapag check in na mas nauna kame sa kanila. After mga siguro mag 1hr of waiting na, bumalik ulit kame receptionist to ask if what time kame makapasok. As per 1 receptionist girl na maypagka mataray dahil Hindi Siya approachable and Hindi nakikipag eye contact naka focus lang Siya sa paper na ginagawa Niya kahit may guest same with 1 receptionist na sa monitor lang naka tingin always kahit may guests sa harap nila. Ang alam ko pag receptionist APPROACHABLE, SMILING FACE, PROBLEM SOLVER, or samin lang nila eto ginawa. Umupo ulit kame kase 20mins pa daw Bago kame papasukin ng room, after lumapit nanaman Ako sa reception desk if matagal paba, sagot Sakin dapat daw 3hrs before check in Ako nag book para may room agad, base sa experience ko sa hotel field and system Hindi dapat nag oopen ng availability sa property once Hindi pa clean or available Ang room (occupied nag aantay lang may mag early check out para linisin ng mabilisan).
