A boutique hotel, with lovely setting and beautiful design”

The At Ping Nakorn Riverside hotel, is a nice and relatively small-size hotel. The hotel facility is new,. Noticed that trees & garden have been recently planted (from observation). The old-style decoration makes the hotel looks nice and quite impressive, all flowers placed in lobby and restaurants are so nice. The breakfast is quite good, and staff service is great. The only drawback is the spot for car park is such limit. The entrance to the reception is also not designed to ease luggage transport. (Too many steps to pass on) But ultimately, this is a very nice and lovely hotel. I strongly recommend to all guests to stay at this hotel.

Beautiful room but front desk staffs are awkward”

Hotel is so beautiful, nice decoration, riverside, good room size, so comfy. Only 1 thing that's required urgent improvement, since it was very bad first impression, is the front desk staff. He said 'huh!??' as first response to my greeting on arrival. It sounded very impolite. On checking-out, another staff at front desk also felt frustrated with I something else I didn't know. Though the staff at breakfast area was very polite and helpful. Breakfast has variety choices but not tasty as I thought it could be. (I have stayed at At Pingnakorn Huaykaew and breakfast tasted better)

Very nice boutique hotel with great value for money”

I got a free upgrade to suite room with a very nice river view. I will definitely come back to this hotel next time I visit Chiang Mai :)

Hotel staffs are very nice and helpful. Room is spectacular! Facilities are new and modern. Closer to river. It s quiet at night and perfect for family vacation who love to stay in peaceful area. Breakfast are amazed...lot of food variety..great food and also have traditional Thai milk tea..which is my favorite. Strongly recommended. This place is worth spending :)

We are very satisfied with the services and facilities provided at this hotel, the rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, the nights are quiet, the breakfast options are varied, the nearby rivers are very comfortable to walk in the morning, and there is a small swimming pool next to the restaurant. Remember to bring a swimsuit.

Lovely decor at every corner of the hotel. Staff at the coffee shop and check in counter are exquisite. They can explain us so well on story of the hotel, garden, furniture and even porcelain used at the cafe. Their enthusiasm and friendliness are just wonderful. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Nice and clean”

Really nice and clean hotel. Big room but at night we heard the weird sound from the room door like it was hit by the wind from outside sometimes. no gym or swimming pool as a big hotel in town. If you need some snacks or drinks you can walk out to a supermarket outside near the hotel.

Very nice hotel ”

A very hotel with beautiful river view that I can enjoy at night. The junior suite room also very nice and it had big window where I can see the river. The staff were very nice helpful :)

Fantastic breakfast, beautiful place to stay”

We are regular visitors of this hotel. We go to Chiangmai once every 2-3 months and we stay here every time. We just feel like home here. Overall ambiance is beautiful and decorations are lovely and in style. Room is spacious with comfy pillows. I would say the traditional breakfast is just the best in Chiangmai.

The hotel was located close to the wedding venue. Rooms were clean, comfortable and amenities were good. Breakfast buffet was good. Wifi good.

Beautiful ”

Clean and eloquent room. The grounds are beautiful with a great tranquil location on the river. Service was exceptional and the breakfast had almost everything imaginable for SE Asian food. The location is a 20 minute walk or 10 quick taxi to the old town, a plus and minus.

Wrong Room Arrangement!”

We booked a three-bed room, but did not get it. The desk staff reluctantly correct the mistake. Even worse, the desk staff did not know whether they could change the room for the second night and suggested us check again tomorrow. Hard to believe hotel system is at such primitive level.
