If you have your own transport the B2 Resort offers comfortable rooms at budget prices. There is a pool and restaurant on site though I did not make use of either so can't comment on quality. Rooms facing the restaurant next door to the hotel do have some noise issues but I still slept well. Maintenance could be improved as water heater not working in first room but staff were quick to respond. Not much english spoken here which could be a problem for some people.

Very good, pleased with cleanliness, and excellent value for my money. I would stay again. It's far out so taxi or transport required to tour Chiang Mai, but 7-11 nearby and food options around in walking distance, so one could be satisfied with no transport if not interested in touring around. My kids enjoyed the pool a lot and our room was always clean and new water bottles awaited. Would recommend to all travellers. I am happy with our stay. Very quiet and staff were very nice.

Clean room, clean bedding, clean bathroom and towels. We got a room overlooking the pool and the mountains. Fantastic restaurant next to the hotel as you go out on the right. We had transport so no problems finding it. It's 20 minutes to Thai Pae gate from the hotel. If you want quiet and relaxing then this is for you. Tip for management ; give the cleaners a 2-way radio so you can get them to check a room on checkout. Ringing them constantly on the phone in the hall stops longer staying guests from sleeping. Apart from that nice hotel and nice stay. Recommended.

If you travel with lots of program during the day and looking for the place to sleep. This is good value for you. Wifi is not so good as the signal was very weak at the room that we stay. Room had a little bad smell which like a smell from sewer. TV picture was not so good. Not thing fancy about the hotel. I had been at better B2 in Chaingmai with similar price.

Sooo Far From Town”

The room was of a good standard. Unfortunate that the particular branch of B2 Resort we stayed at was well OUT OF TOWN. Tuktuk ride took at least 20-30 mins, to which the drivers stopped at several branches on the way because they couldn't understand the address - then insisted we pay more than agreed. The hotel itself provided breakfast although suited to the local pallet, so difficult to adjust too. Staff were 'professionally friendly' to deal with, and helpful in directions to town and local ATMs.

Typical hotel for the Thai motor traveling crowd passing through for one night. Wouldn't recommend for anyone wanting to visit Chiang Mai as its too far from most place. Pictures are from years ago. Had the deluxe room pictured, but it doesn't look like that anymore. No pictures on the walls, drapery is a mess, bathrooms not upkept, shower drain backs up. Hotel and rooms not being maintained. Garbage in the stairwells. Breakfast was just ok. If you're a Thai traveling by car, this is what you expect. Much better rooms for same price in the city.

This was okay, but nothing special. The included breakfast had nothing for travelers who are vegans. The location was close enough to the city, however very hard to find. This was partly due to the fact that there were, as explained to us by another B2 owner, 20 places all called B2. It is a chain. Finding it was tough. I would not use this again, simply based on the difficulty of dealing with so many of the same name.

We satisfied to choose B2 Resort. Even though we had limited time to google for other hotels but we strongly felt that we made right choice. Stay here is very worth!

Third stay at this budget chain hotel. No problems with room maintenance this time. Should mention the housekeeping staff who are friendly and efficient. Best for a mid week stay as noise from other guests in corridors can be intrusive. One only english language movie channel. Internet access may require disabling some of your security to access the login page.

The room is so large with nice view. the hotel is full of accommodation. One thing that I am not appreciate is a shower is so weak water, then when i take a bath it must have more time to finised.

Really worth your money. The hotel is not a new hotel but rooms are just renovated and very clean. Breakfast is not with full varities, but acceptable.

The guest room was new and clean. Four hundred baht per nigh was incredible but it just happened. On another side, the location of the hotel is a little bit far from the city center, which may need a vehicle to get there.

I chose to stay here because I didn't want to get into the city. It was a nice place to stay if you are looking for a budget hotel that is not in a crowded area. There were also many nice restaurants and community mall nearby, but you would need a car to get to those places.

It was one of the worse experience in Chiang Mai hotel. B2 damage its own name here. The hotel is old and not renovated. B2 bought this hotel and should have done some work, but No!!.. Room is old and feel not very clean and walls are stained with many kind of residuals. Location, while it's not too far from the new (very big) shopping center, but not in a walking distance. And you have to be very lucky to find a public transportation anywhere near the hotel.

Good for a shortstay”

1st night we got a twin bed that couldn't sleep for us with2 kids,. on the next day we had changed to a king bed room with newer decor. Very impressed. Staff there are kind and friendly, we enjoyed our 3 n stay.

Nice location for the travelers that driving cars. Budget price + Breakfast and reasonable room equipment. Rest room should install a ventilator.
