“Not a vary comfortable stays ”
First, there was a problem when checking, the staff did not provide any information about the situation at all. Next, there was a cigarette smell inside and outside our room, we informed the front desk and they sent someone with air freshener only to make the smell worse, so we requested to be moved to another room, thankfully they agreed to move us to the lower level, but we had a problem with the hot water system, no matter which way we turned it around, it still was a very hot water, so we informed the housekeeper and asked she if she could send anyone to at least take a look at it, but there were no response and the water was still very hot all the time. The good thing is the room was clean and well organized, the breakfast were various and delicious, if you are looking for a comfortable place to stay with reasonable prices, this might be your choice.
