The stay was nice. We were family with young children and old woman. The hotel is quiet and very close to S-Bahn Station which makes us easier to commute the centre of Hamburg

“Nie mehr wieder !”
Angefangen hat es mit einem gebuchten Standard doppelzimmer in dem man sich nicht bewegen konnte..viel zu eng... Handtücher kamen ungewaschen von der wäscherei, stanken noch und waren verschmutzt..beim abtrocknen hatte man fremde haare auf dem körper, wurden wohl nur getrocknet und nicht gewaschen.. Das zimmer hatte keinen kleiderschrank nur eine stange mit 5 Kleiderbügel...eine Zumutung 7 tage aus dem koffer zu leben.. Wie schon erwähnt war das zimmer viel zu klein wenn man das fenster öffnete um zu lüften und man legte sich nochmal hin und wollte dann z.b.auf die toilette musste man das fenster wieder schließen um zur wc zu gelangen..furchtbar...das doppelbett war der oberhammer..statt lattenrost wurde eine spanplatte verwendet. Die matratzen waren die hölle bei jedem umdrehen sank man ein und man spürte metallteile im rücken...unzumutbar..das badezimmer war im vergleich sehr geräumig..jedoch vermisste ich einen fön was für mich zu einem standard gehört...aber ein kosmetikspiel war vorhanden ..hätte drauf verzichten können.....Die reinigung des zimmers war solala mülleimer wurden geleert das bett gemacht aber nicht ein einzigstes mal während des Aufenthaltes wurde geputzt ..der Boden war dreckig wie schwein... Der email kontakt mit der unterkunft war sehr schlecht..warte bis heute noch auf eine antwort zu meiner anfrage... Hätte mich gerne vor ort beschwert jedoch war die anmeldung nur von 15 bis 18 uhr besetzt, da waren wir immer unterwegs und deswegen ausflüge usw.abzusagen oder zu verschieben sah ich nicht ein. Das wirklich beste an der unterkunft ist wirklich die anbindung an den öpnv ..sbahn und bus direkt vor der Haustür.. Mein Resümee nie wieder...kann diese unterkunft nicht weiterempfehlen.!!!!!
