“Inconsistent staff”
When I arrived at check in hours there was nobody there, no access paperwork, NOTHING. I waited outside for 20 minutes and someone came. I guess this guy is unreliable. I met another guy who was great, but the first impression had already been made. My first night people were banging lockers before 4am! This kept interrupting my sleep. The temperature is too warm. And when the sun comes in the backside windows in the morning, it really heats the place up. The bathroom stall has space. The slippers constantly fall off, especially with socks on. The kitchen view is amazing, although the windows need to be cleaned. Ruins the view. I booked a 2nd night at 4pm. I got a response 4 hours later! Unacceptable. There is a woman that stays there who helps the guests a lot. She makes the accommodation tolerable. Without her it would be a disaster.
