we have 11 bedrooms
The listed price is good for upto 20 people. we charge php 1,000 per person for extra people.
please note the van can only hold 16. it is only a small island, so it is easy to make 2 trips or just rent a second van when needed.
Also please check the Room / bed layout below, as it is upto you how you share rooms. we just have 2 extra single mattress and 2 baby cribs we can use.
PARTIES AND EVENTS _ please ask in advance or it will not be allowed.

we include a full time van and driver and 4 staff to cook and clean
there is a large 20 metre infinity swimming pool with spectacular views of the island and 6 person heated jaccuzzi.
there is a billiard table, large dining table for 14 people, fully equipped kitchen and large BBQ.
there is a music system with speakers throughout the whole downstairs area . we have a selection of music, or bring your own. any device that has a standard jack plug / headphone socket will work.
the house is located in a quiet residential area, it is just a 10 minute walk to the nearest beach and a 15 minute drive to the main area of bars and restaurants.

This Villa has it all... Firsly I have to mention the amazing staff, that not only look after your every need and request but become your friends and really enjoy every interaction with them.. This mansion over looking paradise is everything you need for any occasion. It has views you dream about and extras you've never even thought about.. Before we (a group of 13) even left for our holiday we were contacted by Steve and he organised how journey from the airport to he villa, and arrived to a beautifully prepared BBQ dinner. I could go on for days, If your heading to Boracay (I definitely recommend you do) you just HAVE to stay here.
