The environment is clean, the price is reasonable, and the cleaning staff changes the bed sheets and pillowcases every day. The location is very good. When you leave the hotel, there is a street full of massages on the left side, which is very cheap at 250 Thai baht per hour. The hotel staff are friendly and will do their best to answer any questions you may have. There are also Chinese-speaking staff at the front desk, which is very convenient. I stayed for 5 days and made a mess of the room every night, but the next day the cleaning staff cleaned it up spotlessly and did not touch any of my personal belongings. I also left my wallet at the hotel and did not lose a single penny. It was great! 👍👍👍

Upon arrival the staff was incredibly welcoming with all smiles and from that moment we just feel welcomed. Upon arrival we were given a welcome drink everything went smoothly. The room was super clean beautiful decorated modern but minimal which we like. Whatever we need they try their best to get it for us and send it to our room which we’re very grateful for 🥹 The location is perfect tbh just need to walk here and there ( google map is your friend or once your familiar with the places its way easier ) we love to walk so there’s not much of a problem for us hehe and easy access to BTS , love how it’s super close to 7/11 and a small stall that sells drinks and deserts. Unique thing about this hotel is there’s Starbucks in the reception are so if your into Starbucks you can just grab a quick one hehe A very special mention to all the staff for all their kindness, unending smiles , keeping the hotel & room clean and tidy we truly appreciate you & making sure we feel safe a big Thank you ❤️

I recently stayed at Centara, and it was one of the best experiences I’ve had! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the modern amenities I could ask for. The location is perfect, close to key attractions, yet peaceful enough for a good night’s sleep. The on-site restaurant offered a wide variety of delicious dishes, and breakfast was a real highlight – fresh, plentiful, and with something for everyone. Special mention to all staff at the front desk for their kindness and helpful recommendations on local spots. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, luxurious, and stress-free stay. I’ll definitely be back!

+has at least 3 massage places right by this hotel + Not on the R walk (sky bridge) BUT it’s close enough, ~10mins walk, choose to cross the road or take the overhead bridge by Palladium mall. + Staff friendly, housekeeping diligent + There’s a rooftop bar, with dinner menu (not too expensive) + Hotel provides 2 complimentary Glass bottles of water/day. Appreciate the green initiative. + Check in was smooth and welcome drink was nice! + Breakfast spread was generous, more like a brunch spread + Bed comfortable + Big bed + Has pillow menu, we req for firm pillows - Water pressure ain’t the best - Toilet accessories looks worn out, maybe time to change new ones. - wouldn’t be so convenient if it’s rains, hotel isn’t sheltered to the malls. SUGGESTION: Maybe provide umbrellas/Ponchos for guests? We stayed 5 nights. We will choose this hotel again. It’s convenient yet quiet, a comfortable distance from the shopping frenzy. We appreciate the distance, allow us to walk and shake off the calories from all the feasting. All good.
