Exceptional”

Cheeva Dee was absolutely amazing! Really close to everything you want to see in Old City, especially the Wat Phra Singh temple and the Sunday Walking Market. The rooms were beautiful, clean, and spacious, with balconies, strong air conditioning, good wifi, and an enormous bathtub. The staff was exceptionally attentive and helpful, and our particular favorite staff member was Pelltar, who went above and beyond to do his job well and make sure we were taken care of. Whether it was getting our laundry done quickly, telling us directions, or just making us a delicious and strong mojito-- Pelltar was always doing an incredible job :) We absolutely loved the Cheeva Dee and can't wait to stay here again!

A hidden gem in the city”

A boutique hotel located within the city, in a quiet location yet is only 5-min walk to the Sunday night market, also with proximity to few good spa places nearby. The 1-bedroom suite was perfect and spacious enough to accommodate 3 people - once stepped in the room, it felt so relaxing and was a good place to chill out for a vacation. Another additional touch points of staying in this hotel was their breakfast was great - though it was serving set breakfast but it was made to order so that gave you a fresh start of the day with a great breakfast! Definitely want to re-visit this place when coming to Chiang Mai next time!

Amazing property in the old city!”

Pros: great staff, new property with great rooms. Free breakfast with order sets, pool, and wifi. It is located in the old city but on the other side of the night bazaar so we got great sleep. They are vegetarian friendly. Great for couples. Plenty of food and massage places close by. We would come back to Thailand just to stay here. Worth every penny. We have now stayed at three other hotels when we went south to the islands and continue to compare those hotels to this one and they cannot compete. Cons: if you want to be right beside the night bazaar and deal with the noise then you can find closer hotels. However, it is so hot that we just took taxis or tuk tuks to the markets since they are so cheap.

Best Boutique Hotel in Old Quarter's heart!!!”

You will love it here - every bit from front desk staffs to the Owner, who also own upscale Cheeva spa! I was meeting her in the elevator and minutes after, I was given complimentary winery and snack served in-room. The front office staffs were just amazing! Will see you soon, again!

Spacious room, excellent breakfast!”

There are a few establishments nearby, an excellent coffee place 2mins away & a convenience store 5 mins away. Around 5-10mins away from some of the temples (Wat Phra Singh which happens to be quite a tourist spot). We were very happy with the breakfast as well! The staff were very nice and the rooms is spacious enough. Will definitely be back again if we come back to Chiang Mai!

From the check-in through check-out, everything in this hotel is impressive. The staffs are very nice and polite. The room and facility are clean and neat. Breakfast is very nice too! The hotel is also located in a perfect location - easy to get to spots and landmarks in the city.

The hotel was very good and the location is good also. The less positive note is the breakfast was great but it doesn't have too many options if you stay more than 4/5 days will will be tired of it.

Nice Hotel, but if you want to enjoy the end of the day to the pool, you will be disappointed, the pool is very small, no place around to relax. The rooms are very dark. The breakfast is minimalist. The personal very nice. If you stay in Chiang Mai I will recommend renting a Vespa to go around.

Very nice hotel”

The location is very good. The hotel located close to wat pra singha. You can lend a bicycle to Sunday night market. The room is nice, there are 2 basins in the room and very clean. Breakfast is nice too, you can choose American breakfast, veggies or Thai breakfast. It will be served with juice, bread and fruit. The important thing is unlimited coffee. I will come back here again.

Expensive and no windows”

Too expensive for what I got, at this price you can search for any other better hotels. I spent there 2 nights, no housekeeping made up my room at all The toilet aroma was too strong, made me headache. +staffs are nice and willing to help.

Nice hotel with good location”

The hotel is quite small but located in a nice area close to many attractions. Easy access through main road. Close to shops, restaurants and many temples. The room was nice and comfy enough with basic facilities. Breakfast was awesome. Limited parking for those who drive but also provided free bike to wander around. Staffs were super friendly and lovely. Everything was great.

Excellent”

Very clean and super nice staff. Location is good but the hotel is oposite to the school so in the morning would be very noisy children. If you are not a morning person, it might be a bit disturbed.
