A hotel that needs to be known more. This place is newly opened, so the rooms are still new and clean, and there aren't many guests yet, so it's not crowded. The staff are enthusiastic. It's super close to the old town, just a 1-minute walk to get there, so it's nice to walk around the old town in the morning, afternoon, and evening. If you're feeling hungry, there's street food in the old town that's both delicious and cheap. The hotel lobby is not only a beautifully decorated breakfast area, but the neighboring restaurant is also beautiful 🤣 The room is clean, the room size is not large, but it has a balcony, so it's bright and airy. The pillows and towels are clean and fragrant. The hotel offers a cheaper airport shuttle service than booking a Grab, and it's a private car, so the more people you share with, the cheaper it is. They also offer motorbike rentals, and the breakfast area is both beautiful and chill. It's not too luxurious, but the price and quality are satisfying.

I booked this hotel due to its closeness to Hoian Night Market and the Old-town. I and my family was very impressed with Ms. Van. She was an excellent professional with warm and caring heart. Her English communication skills are outstanding. She helped us book Banana Basket Boat Tour package. The whole tour was efficient and well organized. It was such a hassle-free comfortable trip. In addition, the other lady at the reception desk also spoke good English. If you are looking for the best valued hotel with superb service, I strongly recommended this hotel at heart beat. My sincere appreciation to Ms. Van and every staffs for their outstanding service.

Short but good stay. ”
A big thabk you to Tam, who was incredibly helpful and went out of our way to help us with airport transfers, and bike rentals. The stay was comfortable and location perfect for walking to the old town, shops and restaurants. Unfortunately I do have two things I would be weary of and ask about. We rented motorbikes to visit the coconut village and explore the town. When we rented the bikes, the gas on both were empty. We headed straight to the gas station to fill up. After using them the whole day, we returned the bikes with still a full tank (gas goes a long way). We mentioned to the staff when we returned that they should ask those who ride it to fill up as they find the bikes and that we shouldn’t have been responsible for filling them up. They mentioned they would see if someone would rent it next and give us money. Not what we would we want and certainly not our responsibility. It was not about the money but the principle of how bikes should be returned. A suggestion to the hotel to ensure people don’t return bikes empty and leave it to the next people to pay for their gas. We also used the express service for laundry. Unfortunately our clothes were not clean. Overall, the stay was nice, the town is beautiful, breakfast was lovely and beds comfortable and facilities clean. Just two suggestions that would have made our stay perfect.

In Hoi An, many hotels are offered at a more affordable price compared to major cities and this one does not disappoint. In a simple double room, there is a lot of space that makes the place feel like luxury with exceeding cleanliness across the showers, bathroom, floors, and bed. The pool is on the smaller side but is available, along with speedy wifi and an extremely cooling air conditioner, which is needed after a hot day out. It’s definitely worth the splurge over some hostels as prices aren’t very different and given how small Hoi An is, you’ll find yourself with plenty of time to relax in your accommodation so it’s definitely worth investing in!
