“A cost-effective hotel with a good location where you can enjoy the typical scenery of Hoi An.”
The location was very good. The surrounding area was quiet, and I wasn’t bothered by the noise from the bustling streets at night. Yet, it was within walking distance to the night market and the old town, making it convenient for sightseeing. The room was clean and spacious relative to the price. The air conditioning worked well, and there were no issues with the water pressure or hot water in the shower. The bed was comfortable, which was great for returning to rest after a day of sightseeing. I stayed in a room with a balcony, and the view from the balcony was very representative of Hoi An, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The lantern-shaped light by the bedside was cute; I felt there was attention to detail in the room's design. The amenities included basic items like a toothbrush, shampoo, and kettle, and there were about three outlets, which was convenient having one next to the bed. A smaller carry-on size suitcase could be opened up easily, but a larger suitcase might feel a bit cramped. The breakfast featured delicious omelets made at a live kitchen. Other than that, while it wasn’t particularly luxurious, there were several types of bread, side dishes, fruits, steamed sweet potatoes, and Vietnamese dishes, which provided a sufficient variety. The staff was polite, and the check-in process was smooth. One issue I noticed was that the door between the bathroom and the bedroom wouldn’t close, leaving it ajar. Also, the pool was visible from the outside on the first floor and was right next to the breakfast area, which made it feel a bit less inviting to use. The dryer’s airflow was somewhat weak. The beverages in the fridge were chargeable. Overall, the location was good, the room's view and design were lovely, and considering the price, it was a highly satisfying hotel.
