“Best Ascott Property so far”
I initially booked a 1‑Bedroom Executive and a separate Studio Double for my son. What attracted me most were the amenities — the in‑room washing machine, the kitchen, and the promise of a spacious layout. These were exactly what we needed for a comfortable family stay. When we arrived, the front desk informed us that our 1‑Bedroom Executive had been upgraded to a 2‑Bedroom unit, which we truly appreciated. But nothing prepared us for the surprise waiting upstairs. The moment we opened the door, we were honestly shocked — in the best way. The room was massive, beautifully designed, and far exceeded our expectations. It was a genuine “wow” moment for all of us. Since this is an Ascott property, we already expected a certain level of quality, but this stay surpassed every Ascott we’ve tried — even the one in Singapore. The cleanliness, attention to detail, and the choice of furniture and appliances were all exceptional. Even housekeeping maintained that same level of care throughout our stay. If I had to mention one issue, it would be the foul odor coming from the toilet in the master bedroom — something that smelled like it was coming from the septic line. It wasn’t enough to ruin the stay, but it was noticeable. Despite that, our overall experience was outstanding, and I would still confidently give this hotel a 5 out of 5. We would absolutely stay here again.
