WOW! My BEST Birthday Hotel Stay Ever!”
I stayed at the hotel for my birthday. It was the best birthday I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. The checkin process was a breeze and the staff were all so professional. All the hotel facilities and access times were explained well. I was given a professional and detailed explanation of the room features. The bed is one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in and the pillows and beddings just put me to sleep so quickly. As it was my birthday, the room was decorated with pictures, balloons, candles and many other features. Several amenities were provided. The toiletries were excellent and the housekeeping service was top notch. I almost felt as if this hotel could just anticipate all my needs without necessitating any requests. I went to the gym, the spa, and the outdoor pool and hot tub. The cleanliness of the hotel is way above the standards in other comparable hotels. Whenever I approached any counters the staff immediately greeted me and assisted me. Staff in this hotel must have received exceptional training as I’ve never experienced such professionalism. Every interaction left me feeling like a VIP. I have to say I’m a person that sometimes is not so easy to please but I really find myself struggling to find any suggestions. All I can say is keep doing what you’re doing and I hope that I have a chance to come back soon.

Excellent accommodation”
Was trveling with elderly. Upon checkin, the friendly staff provided Macau travel info and tips to airport. We got a high-level Cotai Strip view room with great view, which we all very loved and never tired of staring. The staff also thoughtfully setup Rubbermaid and chair for elderly. Service, fresh fruit, little pastry treats, plenty of bottled, water and high-end supplies and facilities were amazing and way beyond satisfaction. Plus, Nuwa and its mall City of Dream, are the least crowded hotel and mall among Cotai, with convenient shuttle. Recommend to anyone who would love great service, excellent view, convenient access and yet retain a piece of quietness.

Upgraded to a higher floor for free due to celebration event, the night view is really beautiful. Although the temperature is lower, it is comfortable with a heated swimming pool. You can also enjoy a very large sauna. Suitable for vacation.

Superb hotel worth staying again”
Great location, with a beautiful view of the Cotai area from the high floors. The hotel provided excellent service from the beginning, including free luggage delivery to the room upon check-in, local travel information at the front desk, well-equipped gym facilities, and attentive room cleaning service. A well presented hotel in a great location”
this is a well presented hotel with a great atmosphere in a convienent location right in the middle of the city of dreams complex. the staff are very helpful and friendly. this hotel manages to combine a first rate presentation with a homely feel, we felt right at home straight away. the facilities are first class and the restaurants excellent. the room was excellent, a good size (for what we paid) with an lovely decor. we have stayed in a number of hotels in macau over the last twenty years and this hotel provided one our best experiences. we will use this hotel again on another visit to macau.

Great room attentive staff”
We arrived Macau on a rainy day and we took taxi to the hotel as we didn't know we can take the City of Dreams shuttle bus from ferry terminal which is where the hotel connects to. First impression of hotel not good as no porter at the entrance so we wondered did we get off at the wrong spot? Once entered the room, feel much better as it was very spacious. There's closet inside the bathroom. They have prepared kid's bathrobe for us which is very thoughtful. In the late afternoon they delivered a sweet platter consisting little marshmallows, m&ms, soft candies and chocolates. My daughter was so impressed! Shower is good. Bath tub a bit "deep" for Asian and water kept draining away slowly even drainage cap closed. Everything good apart from that. Will stay again!

Me and my husband love to travel with our kids and find the best deal for our stay. This hotel surprised me and moved me. Make my jaw drop (word of expression ) The service they give is superb. I book many hotels for the previous travel we have. I can say not all expensive hotel really serve you the best because some ordinary class hotel also doing the best what high class can do. What Nuwa COD makes unique is the team or the management behind this superb hotel that give us very satisfying experience and unforgettable trip. From the manager during our baby tantrum at the lobby show the care to help us to check-in immediately so we can rest , the house keeper who clean the room twice a day and bring some complimentary fruits in the table and sweets. I went to the hotel with my husband during Chinese new year. The hotel facility is great, room is big and cozy(compared to my last stay at "galaxy macau")and of course the service is nice. I recommend you choose this hotel for your family vacation while you can also book the " city of dreams" show on first floor. You will not regret.

Good hotel, great service, nice location in Taipa”
enjoyed a night stay with my wife at the crown macau in the city of dreams in taipa right across from the venetian resort. i have stayed in over a dozen high class hotels around macau. to be honest, it is a nice hotel, probably not worth it compared to other same class hotels. rooms and bathroom are large, but furnitures and renovations is not brand new. can clearly see some molding in the shower area, water marks on the cups. most disgusting thing we found was condom wrappers right at the edge of under the bed. maybe when they were cleaning and accidentally pushed it there. overall it is good, but for a better deal, i would recommend grand hyatt right beside the hotel.

Location is good nice hotel And room very comfortable except that the swimming pool not so nice for a 5 star hotel city of dreams in the philipines is much better , the info staff was rude telling me to charge 550 dollars for an extra person in our room infact the one wd us was only our guide in macau how can we accomodate 3 persons in one queen size bed , our stay there is for comfort and leisure

The room condition and facilities were excellent.. especially, spa and sauna facilities and service were perfect. Every staff was kind and helpful. Furthermore, the hotel had great easy access to another hotels, such as Venetian..., and had various transportation to another places in Macau. I 've never experienced like your hotel ever. Everything is sooooo good and the best. I can' t forget the day when I stayed. And I'll definitely stay in this hotel if I visit Macau again.

The rate is quite reasonable among all luxury grade hotels in macau. The room is spacious and well equipped with nice view. Bathroom is large too with a mini on,wall tv. I enjoyed the stay really much.

the room for crown tower is spacious. it got a large bathtub and shower, separate walk in wardrobe and washing basin. the hotel is less crowed than the others and provided you more privacy and direct entry to the casino. the cotai 's night scene is great!
