Bodh Gaya hotels & accommodations

The hotel is at a convenient location near to Maha Bodh Temple and Japanese temple. We liked the cleanliness and location. Their restaurant has a lot of scope to improvement. But the the hotel staffs including Manager are very very helpful. We enjoyed our stay there ... specially the the walk around the main temple (Maha Both Temple)

Great location, walking distance to the maha bodhi temple, friendly staff and good environment to stay. It is an older hotel but has hot water and has very large rooms. It has 24 hr restaurant, laundry service and staff is very responsive to any requests. Internet maybe slow and will disconnect but it is ture for most hotels in gaya. Stayed 3 nights at the hotel Jan 20...

Oaks Bodh Gaya was an Excellent hotel. We were a group of 6 adults and stayed for 3 nights. The staff were very caring and courteous. Rooms very spacious with large bathrooms and overall high standards of cleanliness . The breakfast spread was delicious. We ended up eating dinner at the restaurant all 3 nights and the food was fantastic. We made a special request to ta...

The hotel was quiet and clean. We were upgraded to a spacious and clean room, although the bathroom was not kept clean. The hotel was in a fine location; walking distance to some sights and a short tuk tuk ride from the others. Breakfast was included. Compared to other hotels in Bodh Gaya, this hotel is less than the average. Although its wifi is relatively stable and the hot water is pretty stable, the cleanness is terrible. During my stay, there were mice coming in and out of my room. Also, the sound insulation is so bad that you can hear other guests snoring all night. Unless you cannot find other accommodation, ...

Mahabodhi Hotel is a beautiful hotel with all necessary facilities. Its not a Resort from any angle. Very Clean hotel & staff is very cordial. Food was very tasty & had good quantity too. Though there was not much variety in Veg food. There is lack of parking area if some wedding/function is booked there. We had to park our car outside the hotel due to some wedding.

Great staff. Clean room. Good air conditioning. When we were there, there weren't too many guests, so they served breakfast from menu for no extra charge, which was much better than buffet. It is not as professional as what we usually experience in city hotels, however, I would say this is probably the best service you would get in this area.

Great place for the money in Bodh Gaya. Clean room and kind family that runs the place who were very helpful with all my questions. Gave me recommendations on good places to eat. Short walk to the Mahabodhi stupa. Their WiFi was better than the WiFi at any of the cafes I ate at.

I like to stay at the outskirt so this small hotel is ok for 2 nights. The room and bathroom were good cleaned. The facilities are not many that budget option. All hotel staffs are friendly and active service, new staff or trainees are shy. Wonderfully, food is tasty and kitchen wares are good quality, but limited option in menu. However, hotel is nice for my journey a...

In terms of price it is not the cheapest around the vicinity of bodh gaya. However, the value of money is high. The owner of the guest house Alok and his cousin Kashyap are real kind! What they provide is beyond the hospitality...you would received the real and sincere humanity welcome and treatment here! I would definitely come back in the fiture!!! Best wishes to the guest house and both lovely men that I would miss!

It does not look like any 4 or 5 star hotel, but it was better in terms of comfort, cleanliness and price. Room was excellently good, air conditioning and WiFi both worked well. Very reasonable rate. Staff very nice and accommodating. Good breakfast. The location was really convenient, just half a kilometer from the Mahabodhi temple and other sites are also close by.

Hotel is in a great location, famous sites such as the Thai monastery, Mahabodhi temple and many more are just a few minutes drive away. Room was good in size and decor, and the hotel staff were fine. Could have smiled more, but they were helpful and efficient.

We enjoyed our stay .An easy walk to the Mahabodhi temple and to the hare om and the be happy restaurant. Owners were helpful and our room was clean with good wifi. The only thing I was a bit dissappointed with was that we booked a double room but we're given a room with 2 single beds which we pushed together.,no big deal really, and the AC which was like a fridge didn't...

The location of the hotel, is outside the Bodh Gaya Temple complex. In fact it's outside the main entrance, where there are multiple options within the Campus. Its next to a local village market, making access to hotel difficult. Having said that there are local battery operated rickshaws who take around Rs 30 to reach the main temple block. If priced well, this could ...

The room is so cheap that u cant have big expectations. Its 15 minutes walking from mahabodi temple in a quiet area. Women who hold the place is fine. Not a very warm welcome but she allowed early checking and late check out. If u look forward a cheap decent place you can book here.

I can recommend staying at this hotel. Fair price, good services, excellent staff, clean rooms, tasty food and most importantly location - very convenient, not far from the famous temples and sites of the city. The only thing we want to change: bathroom tabs, these did not work well, apart from this, everything was of good value for money.

We were happy with overall service. In a small place like Gaya and Bodh Gaya our expectations were low. We wanted basic comforts and Gautum was good in that. Clean Rooms and Toilets, basic Tea Kettle, car hire with driver, WiFi, good food during BF, Lunch, safe and peaceful

Would have got five star on facilities if and when they fix the internet connection issue. I liked the location as it was close to a local market and street food. Others might think it a bit far from the temple but it was a quick and cheap ride by Auto. Much better than staying at Gaya
