It served its purpose well. No thrills hotel, but the best you can do in Bucheon. If you plan on commuting from Bucheon to Seoul, probably not the best idea given Seoul is a 40 min taxi ride away, but if you have business in Bucheon, I wouldn't recommend anywhere else.
We paid so much for the hotel stay but in the end not able to use the facilities in the room. The steam sauna not functioning and the Jacuzzi not working. Very upset with our stay.
Polaris is within walking distance of everything you could want to do in Bucheon. We hit the shops, had some great food and had a wonderful time at wongjin playdoci.

Free food and drinks in lobby, computer in room for business work or gaming, and very helpful staff. Rooms were clean and had many ammenities. Its a great place to stay for a short business trip if your clients are in bucheon, or the greater bucheon area. No place for clothes what so ever - no wardrobe nor rack. No place to hang towels to dry. Litter on the floor when I entered the room first time. Smoking room instead of promised non-smoking room. Booked room wasn't available and they tried to charge for more for higher class room - old trick. Never again.

The hotel is very color. I like the interior and its colorful lights inside. The hotel staffs are very kind and very friendly. The hotel is near the subway station and surrounded with many shopping malls. There are also good restaurants nearby. You can find Indian restaurant, Chinese restaurant, Japanese restaurant, Italian restaurant and many more.
