"the duty manager, Amanda and the receptionist, Janice, promised my room request of twin beds upon my luggage drop-off at the hotel at 11:00 am before the formal check-in time. However, they did not write down my request confirmation in record. When I checked in at 19:00, the staff on duty replied Amanda did not handover the information to him and there was no more twin bedroom available during my check-in time. When I asked to have direct conversation with Amanda, the staff said both were off duty and would only come back on Monday when I had left Dresden. Really irresponsible staff who are representing the hotel!!"
