"From the moment we arrived and to we finally left Hanoi this hotel achieved the feeling as a home away from home for myself and the family. We spent Christmas in Hanoi and in this hotel a total of 5 nights. It is to be highly commended on all levels. It was great to feel as if we could use this hotel as a base for myself and my family during our stay. This was particularly important as Hanoi was the point of entry for our family into Vietnam. My family were even allowed to use the hotel fascilities after checking out following being on tour to Halong Bay and Sapa. Thankyou to this hotel and all its staff!"

"My experience with Lotte Hotel Hanoi has been nothing short of perfect ever since I made the decision to book a room. Everyone at the hotel seems to go out of their way to make your special occasion even better. As soon as I got to the hotel I was blown away by the view. It's one thing to imagine it but it's another thing altogether to get, what is perhaps, the best view in Hanoi from what might be the most luxurious hotel in Hanoi. The service is absolutely impeccable from everyone in the hotel but I do need to specially point out Ms. Ngan, Mr. Dat Tan Nguyen and every one of the Reservation Sales Agents I talked to for doing an exceptional job. They go out of their way to ensure you have the best time possible."

"It was our very first time visiting Vietnam and we decided that Hanoi should be the first city where we should experience. We landed into a warm, summer country with traffic conditions that seemed to be a challenge. As we did not arrange for airport transfer to the hotel, Grab was our saviour. Using Grab in Vietnam was a piece of cake. When we reached our Hotel, La Siesta Premium, I really didn't know what it expect. Immediately 2 staffs came to open the car doors and helped us with our luggage to the lobby. "Sin Chow"! were the first Vietnamese words I heard from the staffs, in fact, by all of them who were at the lobby. Amazed and overwhelmed, I didn't know what it meant, not to mention how to reply. Everyone was so smiley and friendly. Never I had this sort of welcoming experience at any hotel in any part of the world that I travelled to. We were warmly greeted by Quan, who confirmed our bookings and showed us to our room thereafter. Knowing that it was our first time in Hanoi, Quan provided us tips of the area and gave us recommendations of the "must try" delicacies. Provided us a map and explained to us clearly of our location and attractions to visit. The rooms were very well decorated and each room felt very clean. Beds were very comfortable with great taste of furniture selections. You realised that the housekeepers paid great attention to details when you see the way the towels and curtains were folded. Endless movies selection from NetFlix and youtube. We booked a one night deluxe on Friday and checked out the following day for Ha long bay tour. We had a separate booking of 4 days 3 night Grand Duplex suites after the cruise when we came back on Sunday. The staffs were incredible. Kudos to Mr Quan and his team members. We were greeted with smiles every day by almost every staff when we walked by. Everyone was very helpful whenever we had doubts about the city. They put in their best to meet our request with late check out and even provi"

"I had a great trip to Hanoi at Delicacy Central hotel. The room is so nice arrangement with a street view from the window and convenient desk for me to work. The restaurant for breakfast on the 11th floor is a nice place with very good food and great service. The Sky Bar on the 12th floor will be a relaxing place and a good choice for you to close a busy day with a great cocktail. The best in this hotel is their great staff with kind and attentive hospitality from the Reception area, Restaurant, and the bar, that made us feeling happiness when staying here. I'd love this hotel. Absolutely will come back on my next business trip in Hanoi. "

"For a stop over of a few days a very good choice. Fast Wifi, and comfortable environment with a great view from the breakfast restaurant on the 9th floor. The rooms are a good size for one person but for a couple suggest upgrading from the standard roomt to get lots more room and a window ( with a limited view) . As with all narrow buildings in Hanoi the internal rooms do not have windows to the outside but a cunning room design has allowed for external ventilation and a window opening to an airway between each room. he staff are keen to help and most have good to acceptable English language skills. Located on a busy street in the Old Quarter ... access to good shopping and street food stalls and restaurants. Would I stay there again .... certainly. "

"There are a few La Siesta Hotels in Hanoi, we stayed at La Siesta on Ma May street for 3 nights in a Deluxe Double Room. The service started from the minute we were met at the airport and driven to the hotel in the EHG Airport Transfer. The staffs attentiveness and eagerness to ensure you are well informed and taken care of is felt the moment you enter the hotel, from the warm welcome, the arrival drink, fresh fruit and cold face cloth. The rooms are large, clean and very comfortable (some have bath/shower combo so make sure your request if you want shower only). The buffet breakfast was delicious (the best one on our whole holiday). Everything is made fresh daily with a mixture of westernised and Vietnamese foods.. Hotel is in the perfect location in the Old Quarter. Close enough to walk to restaurants, bars etc (1 - 2 blocks), but far enough that you don't have noisy clubs outside to keep you awake.. Great Location. Great Price. 5 Star Service. 5 Star Hotel. Perfect in every way."

"We had an excellent experience with Spring Flower Hotel and would highly recommend it to others. Great location, really nice rooms, air conditioning and wifi work great, free breakfast provided. The best thing about this hotel is the service. We used Spring Flower as our base for trips in and out if Hanoi and the front desk was so very helpful. They booked tours, bus and train tickets for us, provided airport pickup ($20), arranged hotel stays for our next destination, and were all around so helpful and friendly. For example, when my sister accidentally forgot her hiking boots on a bus, Spring Flower called the company, tracked down the bus, and immediately sent an employee out on a scooter to pick them up for her. Another time, we arrived at the hotel (after an overnight train) many hours earlier than check in, but they gave us a room to shower and nap in while they quickly got a room ready for us. With all the Hanoi hotels located in the Old Quarter, all of them looking very similar, I feel glad that we chose Spring Flower. "
