"I booked a double pod (2 beds bunked) for a quick overnight stay as we had a flight that got in at 1am but check in at our hotel in Hanoi was not until 11am. Because of our unconventional arrival time, I made sure to message the hotel through the Agoda app to make sure our arrival and checkout times would be okay. I received an approval message in return. However, upon check-in, the hostess insisted our check-in time was not until 12PM that day... which of course would defeat the purpose of the booking entirely. After some back-and-forth and me showing her evidence of my confirmation (which she took a picture of), she finally showed us to our pod. I appreciate her being accommodating and taking the time to figure out the miscommunication, but if my message correspondence was recieved by someone else, there definitely needs to be more communication on their end so that I wasn't inconvenienced when I arrived. Overall, it's a lovely, comfortable little pod that's just perfect for a few hours stay. There's complimentary water, snacks, and combs inside, and plenty of outlets for charging electronics. The restroom is the shared public restroom right across from where the pods are located. Unfortunately, there are no shower facilities. The ability to shower would've been the icing on the cake. Despite, the minor hitch at check-in, we enjoyed our stay and felt it was definitely a great value for the cost!"

"I was so lucky to have found Little Charm Hanoi Hostel. I almost booked a different hostel, until I stumbled upon this on Agoda! It's one of the best hostels I've stayed at in my 7 months of continuous traveling. The first hostel where beds are made for you daily and towels can be changed daily if you wish. Lots of toilets and shower rooms on every floor so you won't have to queue. Everyone in the staff was GENUINELY NICE. Zoe on the front desk was always helpful and Antonio the Spanish-speaking vietnamese staff. Guy who checked me in was so nice as well, but I didn't get his name. Breakfast was amaaaazing. I did not expect it to be so good. You are given lots of options on a menu card, but on top of that, there's even a buffet spread for fruits, vegetables and drinks (juices, vietnamese coffee, tea, water). Not only that, the hostel even has a pool with jets! The common area is also nice. You get a quiet work area on the second floor, or you can hang out at the restaurant as all their seats are comfy and all areas are work-conducive. So handy when you're working while traveling like me. It was so good, we extended 2 more nights (direct at the hostel) and we booked again for when we come back to Hanoi. Also, the hostel holds your luggages for you (in a storage room with bag tags) if you want to check out and go to Sapa/Halong Bay for a couple of days. Really can't ask for more! If you don't stay here when you're in Hanoi, you'd be missing out on a lot! Hanoi is chaotic but this hostel is your little oasis in the middle of all that! The best!"

"Given my first time iN Vietnam, I was worried about the cleanliness of the hotels. So I booked in Sheraton Hanoi for 2 days and then moved around the countries and when decided to fly back to Hanoi I was searching for another 5 star hotel since Sheraton was fully booked on that day and I found few 5 star hotels like Lotte and sofitel but but I found that Hanoi daewoo hotel is a five star hotel with a very good price and close to the biggest mall in Hanoi so decided to give it a try and to be frank it has exceeded my expectation"

"All the reviews for this hotel are genuine and I'm could vouch for that. Before arrival, Ms Apple will normally sent message to your inbox to enquire the arrangements on the stay. So please don't be afraid to ask for the airport transfer service as the hotel has this service. The price I'm paid for the service was well worth as the guy was actually waited for me at the airport arrival hall for almost one hour and yet they waited patiently. Double thumb up for that. I was delayed due to baggages issues. The location of the hotel could not be any better. It's located in between the museum and hoan kiem lake. So if you are staying at hanoi for few days, you can always pay a visit of these places by walking on foot. Other than that, local taxi drivers or grab drivers are quite familiar with the hotel's street. So if you were lost or too tired to walk back to hotel, just tell or show the driver the street name. So we had no problem at all either with taxi or grab car. Breakfast at the hotel is definitely the. second highlight of our stay. You can choose from the menu ranging from pho bo or beef noodle, pasta, omelette, toost or many others great food. They will cook on the spot at the kitchen behind the eating hall. Behold, if I'm told you that all the food is definitely tasty and you could definitely forgetting to hunt other food stall at Hanoi based on TripAdvisor. The pho is yummy and tasty. The pasta is well cooked seasoned with herb, cheese etc. It's the shame that it's only available for breakfast only. If only if kitchen open all day long, I'm think it will full house whole day. Well, first highlight will definitely goes to Ms Apple and Ms Viu whom made this hotel felt warm as if as home. They are quite attention to detail, truly care and attend all of your needs during stay. Some others hotel that I'm stayed before was great too but this is exceptional very great or probably the best 3 star hotel that i ever stay. You will feel the warmth and friendli"
