"The Japanese room stated its for 5 adults but we booked it for 6 person and thought it would have an extra bed but no, there were 3 double beds in the room which is very good. Also, the room has 2 toilets, one with bath room and one without bath room. Water pressure of the showers is good. The breakfast was good, with a lot of varieties and also many varieties for vegetarian which is also a plus point for vegetarian travelers. The only point we were not quite satisfied was the tables for breakfast were not enough, the staff asked us to wait for a bit, caused us rushing for the tour we had booked on the day. Location was very good as it is only opposite of the night market. Staff was attentive and friendly. Will come back again if we ever go to Hualien again. "

"We stayed here during a film shoot and the woman who checked us in was MORE than helpful!!! Thanks so much! Rooms were very clean and modern. You definitely need a car if staying here but there's lots of places to park in front- Would definitely stay again!"

"We booked a family room for a group of 4, a large clean room with excellent view. The building was beautifully decorated throughout, filled with warmth like home. Home made tasty breakfasts with great presentation, made with local produce. Afternoon tea was beautifully setup like hi tea. Exceptional service by Jerry (owner), always so friendly, thoughtful and ready to help. Jerry also arranged the local tour for us. Location is about 15 mins from the city, in and out needed a taxi but Jerry would be happy to arrange it for us anytime we needed one, even walked us out to the taxi every time. Overall it was an exceptional experience. We are looking forward to revisit HUALIEN and will definitely be staying at Green Home Beauty again. "

"The B&B is a bit of a walk from the train station, which can be uncomfortable under the summer sun, but beyond that, my stay at Ten Street B&B was nothing short of lovely. The rooms were really spacious and comfortable, and it was very homely. The minsu owners kept the rooms spick and span for us during our stay too. They also recommended ways for us to reduce our travelling costs, and shared their knowledge about Hualien with us. Two USB chargers were in the rooms — and it's a small and thoughtful gesture to travellers staying there. The minsu owners even volunteered to drive us to the train station even though there were other errands they had to run urgently, because they noticed that my mother was old and couldn't walk very fast. There are no lifts within Ten Street B&B though, so for people with heavy luggages or mobility issues, do watch out. Otherwise, I really recommend Ten Street to anyone looking for a rest in Hualien!"

"We had a nice overnight stay here. We were the only western tourists at that time, which was very relaxing. You get a voucher for a short boat trip through the resort. That was quite nice. The resort is quite remote, so you can't walk to other restaurants/towns, but you don't strictly need to. Food was great here. There is also entertainment on the evening. Hotel offers free shuttle bus to Hualien train station."

"It was really a pleasant stay. I would totally recommend friends to stay here if they are looking for a hotel in Hualien. Room was spacious, everything was clean and it was really a pleasant stay. Location of hotel is at the heart of everything. Hotel breakfast can be improve though. Other than that Park City Hotel - Hualien Vacation is almost perfect!"
