Pigeon Forge (TN) hotels & accommodations

Beds were a bit too soft; but, still enjoyed our stay. Location was convenient to most attractions. Our room had indoor pool access which was a bit noisy; however, it was perfect since we were traveling with our grandson. Breakfast was GREAT for the price (free); but, needed more sitting. The staff was very helpful with any questions we had. Overall, we had a nice stay...

Hotel was in a great location and was very reasonably priced. It's like a motel. Room was fairly clean, bed was decent. Breakfast was more than I expected given the price and type of hotel. We were only there for sleeping in-between travels, and it got the job done.

Served purpose well - clean and comfortable, very easy access from the highway and could park the car very close to the room. Staff were quick and efficient. the free breakfast was very good and their was a very good restaurant across the road which I used for dinner. Like all Best Westerns, the room and bathroom were spacious. All in all a very trouble free stay - I wo...

The location is great and the price is reasonable during the peam summer season in Pigeon Fort, TN. This is 2 star hotel so do not expect anything beyond what it is and you will satisfactory and happily stay here. The hotel is next to the creek and you can even stroll in it and enjoy.

We make a trip to Piegon Forge at least once a year if not more. However this was my first time staying at Country Cascades but it will not be the last. The new renovations to the pool area and small children's pool park is awesome. The rooms was clean enough, did look like dog food on floor but not a big deal cause the rest of the room was clean and being on the top ...

This time we stayed in a Jacuzzi suite. It was amazing. It had a large king bed, a beautiful jacuzzi, and a gas fireplace, with a decent size TV/seating area in the room. We really loved this room. The staff was really friendly. The breakfast was good, but not great. The hot part of the breakfast when we were there consisted of biscuits, white gravy, sausage patties, a...

It’s near the end of the strip in Pigeon Forge and not too far from the old mill and Dollywood. The beds were made when we got there but the room always not clean. The staff was really nice and any concerns we had were attended to right away. The cleanliness issue may have been related to the fact that they were having problems with their staff as we overheard as we...

We stayed a total of 4 nights, our first night was very rough due to our loud anxious neighbors. Our room 308 had an ajoining door to theirs. After the first night, they left but hallway noises and even outside noises were very prominent. The room was clean, staff friendly. However, the cleaning ladies couldn't understand us and repeatedly tried to get into our room a...

Really nice room, very quite, and located away from the road. The only problem we had was with house keeping. They did not bring us any more cups during our stay, never left no more than 2 wash clothes. There were 4 of us in the room. Two days we got no hand towels too. We had to go to office to get any. Every thing else was nice and beds slept great. Loved the time th...

We went for my husbands 60th birthday, on the very next day all the water was shut off from 11:00 am -4:00 pm. Then the next day our room had no hot water, we were "upgraded" - joke to a room with a hot tub at 9:30 pm we had to check out first thing in the morning, and it was in the 90's - hot tub for a senior couple is not needed. I told front desk that this was a ...

My girlfriend and I booked this room and the price we paid was stellar considering all the amenities this room had to offer. It was her first visit to Pigeon forge and the unit was a great first impression of the Smokies. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a romantic getaway.
Ok the location was great 15 mins from Gatlinburg. But as for the room where to start... the room smelled like the ac hadn’t been turn on in a month, the floor was sticky and you could see it had not been mopped. The sheets you could tell and smell that they had be washed but the were stained bad. The paint was peeling on the roof and the walls. The bathroom had hair i...

A great place to stay . Extremely clean . Breakfast was excellent . Scrambled eggs , sausage links , waffles , apples hot and cold, cereal bread sweet rolls and more every day . The whole place offered more than expected . We will return. you won't go wrong staying here. 50 yard walk to Mama's . Very reasonal price .

Only thing I didn't like was the attitude of one of the staff at the breakfast launch. She was rude to an elder, when she was no where to be found and she try to get the coffee, that was brewed already, to work, and she told her that people keep messing with it. Everybody was waiting for the coffee and she was not there. RUDE!

This is easily the worst hotel I've stayed in in the US. The place is run down and falling apart. The curtains had holes in them. The ceiling had water damage and paint pealing off. You won't get breakfast right now "due to covid" (even though other hotels are making arrangements and it says you get it in the add), the parking lot floods with 2 seconds of rain, the ...

Room was very clean, smelled nice. Beds very comfy which is a major ++. Will definitely be staying here again. Desk clerk was extremely nice. They aren’t cleaning rooms until you check out because of Covid, but that was fine with us, we didn’t want ours cleaned til then anyway. 5 stars!!!

Easy early check in around 1pm. Possible extra day extension and hotel staff was helpful. Rooms were up to date. Clean beds. Microwave, fridge. Only complaint was that if you had the a/c or heater running and someone was outside smoking if would come in. Other than that great value for price. We did not try the complementary breakfast. We visited during off season. (Be...

Hotel was clean, comfortable, and had friendly staff. Every time I passed a cleaning person they asked how we were and if we needed anything. For just under $200 for the weekend and located next door to the Doxoe Stampede and just over a mile from the Island, you can't beat it for an affordable getaway.

I thought the room was pretty my wife thought it was Gaudy. It was right next to several rides but they want working when we were there was Quiet. When you went out the back go on there was a small river there that was pretty when you go out the front door you see the strip. It was in the middle of everything that's what you came for.
