Weimar hotels & accommodations

It was very nice, the hotel opened till late night. It was large and nicely decorated. The rooms were spacious enough. The whirlpool had warm water and it was really nice. Swimming pool was large and the water was not too warm or too cold. Staffs speak english well and were very kind. We left something in the room and the receptionist allowed us to go back to our room....

When we arrived, we did not want to infect other guests with the colds we had, therefore we decided on room service. Unfornately, the restaurant menu was in German and my German was not to the standard that the menu demanded. I asked room service to translate the menu but was told by the lady that she was too busy and that I would have to rely on the limited English me...

we booked a double room but it turns out that the hotel only has 5 double rooms and they were all fully booked. so we were given a twin room instead. the tv remote didn't work, so didn't the buttons on the tv itself. the room didn't have any tea/coffee available for the guests that is usually available. the rest of the room was adequate and the breakfast was of a good ...

There are also bus stations directly outside of the hostel should one req...

A few things to know - cash only (no cards), no phone in the room & phone access only when the manager is there. (I never saw him). If you don't have a cell, you will need to notify the hotel in advanc...

We speed a two night at the hotel and there is very little to complain. The arrival is difficult as there is no drop-off and the reception desk is at the first floor. The car need to moved to a public car park a few minutes walk!!! We selected the violet room (33) and it was perfect, the interior is amazing and tasteful selected. Excellent job!
