The room was clean and nice, but we still can see hair on the table near sink and we perfect shower and tub can be separate will be more better, otherwise the wall already has some peel off....... But we enjoyed hot spring in the hotel room was nice experience in Yilan! Thanks!"

" It was the perfect start to a girls weekend with my best friend. The staff were helpful and friendly, the room was beautiful even though we got the most basic one, and the cold/hot springs were the best I have ever experienced in a private setting. They pipe the waters directly to your room and your skin feels so wonderful after a nice soak in both tubs. The bathroom gives you an excellent view of your surroundings but also privacy to enjoy yourself. There is also a beautiful infinity pool and outdoor hot spring tub for you to enjoy on a fine day. Nice little special touch was the front desk advising you ( and printing out on your key card envelope) the time of sunrise the next day as they have an excellent reading room where you can view it with a cup of coffee in your hand. Breakfast was one of the best breakfast buffets I have ever had at a hotel! I would strongly recommend this place to anyone travelling in the Yilan area. "

"A nice, modern, clean hotel with very good service, professional staff and a very nice breakfast buffet with a very large selection of things. Obviously this is a good hotel for families with small children - they even organise special parties for them. However, the location of the hotel, though calm and nicely laid out, is terrible. There is absolutely nothing around the hotel, not even restaurants. You will have to take a taxi ride (10 minutes) down to Yilan."

"Upon reaching, the first thing we saw is the old 2nd hand sofa and computer with layer of dust at the reception. YES! Layered dust!!! During check-in, the recep lady was very polite & helpful, room size is ok but the thing is old & mouldy. The hotel is also quiet far from yilan train station. It took us 15-20min walk to reach. Alot cafe along the road. If you have a choice pls avoid at all cost cause the amount of $$ paid does not justified the hotel and room conditions"

"Convenient location, staff very helpful. The ice blocks in the 24 hr snack bar were a highlight with so many flavors. We were tourist from overseas and not familiar with local area. We got a bit lost at night, so we called the hotel for help. They offered to come and pick us up. Unfortunately, we had to decline their offer because we were travelling in a big group so we couldn't all fit. "

"The hostel has a problem with black mold (even in the dorm beds you will face it) & with stinking pipes. The hostel design is nice, but there is no warmth or atmosphere whatsoever. Most of the staff (? acquaintance of owner) just bluntly stare at you, but without a smile, not even a short hello/nihao, which makes you feel awfully awkward and uncomfortable. (The cleaning girl was nice!). The dorm is a box, which is alright if you stay 1 or 2 nights and if there are max 2 ppl in there. The breakfast ist nice. In the afternoon the common room is dark/ cold and seems to be shut down from electricity… kitchen WiFi wasnt strong and the entrance area (tables, light) is always occupied by staff/acquaintences mentioned above. There are much more welcoming hostels in Yilan County!"

"This hotel is only one year old. I am sure it is the best in this small town. Most of hotel staffs are kind but lack of experience. I believe it is due to lack of training or lack of good management team to lead. From service point of view, I would rate 2.5 stars. Breakfast is ok. Dinner is way below average. "
