Menurut saya kurang deh manajemnt nya, lama banget soal nya resepsionis nya ga ada terus checkin harus tunggu ada yang wa dulu lalu deposit nya tf saya dari jam 2 sampai jam 5 sore, posisi saya udh capek banget itu tuh.

“Kebersihan dan peralatan basic perlu ditingkatkan”
Lokasi cukup baik, apt cukup luas. Namun secara umum mengecewakan, overall facility di apt kuarng terawat (hallway, kamar mandi pool, gym) Unit apt sendiri kebersihan nya sangat kurang, lantai - karpet kotor (banyak rambut, kita sampai bersihkan lagi sendiri), microwave jorok, ada seperti bekas permen karet di wastafel kamar mandi, peralatan basic untuk kebersihan pun tidak proper (lap untuk dapur / meja tidak ada, sabun cuci piring tidak ada, sapu - pengki - pel kotor, salah satu selimut tebal / bed cover jg kotor). Kebersihan adalah hal no 1 dalam akomodasi. Pilihan channel tv terbatas, dan remote ac 2 unit layar nya sudah error 😔
