Cozy An Boutique Hotel Hoi An is an excellent choice, with quality matching the price. Cozy An Boutique exceeded my expectations, conveniently located just 5 minutes by bike from the ancient town, in a quiet area, with a beautifully designed interior in elegant pastel tones. The rooms are "very clean," and the bathroom is always very clean as well. The breakfast buffet is delicious, with a relatively diverse and complete selection of food. The staff is very friendly, attentive to customers, and always eager to assist guests. The pool is spacious, clean, and quiet. Next time I return to Hoi An, I will choose Cozy An Boutique as my number one accommodation priority.
Cozy An Boutique Hotel Hoi An is a wise choice, with pastel tones combined with some vintage details in the rooms as well as the lobby, creating a luxurious design. Especially, everything is "very clean." The reception, pool, bedrooms, bathrooms, bathtubs, and the room amenities are all very new and clean. I really enjoy staying in places with a clean and quiet atmosphere. And Cozy An Boutique has exceeded my expectations. I had to extend my stay here because of the cleanliness, tranquility, and the enthusiasm of the staff.

From the moment you arrive you are treated like you are the most important person who has ever visited the hotel. Staff really go over and above to make you welcome and to ensure you enjoy your stay. The breakfast is very good and there is daily rotation of some offerings. The pool area is cozy but never seemed crowded and was very comfortable. Rooms are large and our balcony had a lovely river and mountains view. It's a short walk into the heart of Old Town and you can choose to take the river stroll or the street. Staff were always happy to offer tour, shopping and eating recommendations when requested which was very helpful. Will definitely return to the Cozy An if back in Hoi An again

This is a true "home away from home," and honestly, it's worth visiting Hoi An just to stay here. Trust me, if you choose this gem, you'll be greeted by the most angelic staff and create memories that will last a lifetime. Location Perfection The hotel boasts an ideal location, just a pleasant 15-minute walk from the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Old Town. It's far enough to offer a peaceful escape from the bustling center, yet perfectly situated for a leisurely stroll to all the attractions. They even offer free bicycle rentals, making it easy to explore the Old Town on two wheels! A taxi back from the center is also incredibly affordable, costing just the minimum fare. Plus, the charming Thu Bon River with its inviting riverside restaurants is a mere minute's walk away – perfect for evening strolls and delicious meals with a view. Getting to and from Da Nang International Airport is also a breeze, with a comfortable 40-minute drive and no traffic hassles. My booking even included a fantastic one-way free airport transfer, which was a huge bonus! Spotlessly Clean and Inviting The hotel itself feels brand new, and the cleanliness is impeccable. After a long day of exploring the beautiful streets of Hoi An, sinking into that comfortable bed was pure bliss. I slept like a baby every night! A Bathroom That Understands Your Needs Having a separate bathtub and shower was such a treat! It's so nice to be able to wash off properly before enjoying a relaxing soak in the spacious tub. The water pressure and temperature were also excellent. Ladies, you'll especially appreciate the double-sided makeup mirror (normal and magnified!) by the sink – such a thoughtful touch! You can really feel the attention to even the smallest details here. Effortless Laundry Service I used the laundry service on my second morning. They provided a cute cloth laundry bag, and all I had to do was leave it at the front desk before heading out. By the afternoon, my clothes were returned, clean and neatly folded, all at a very reasonable price. Indulge in a River View Room! Since the hotel is right by the river, I highly recommend booking a room with a river view.
