Superb location”
An attendant/concierge waiting outside the hotel would have been nice to assist arriving guests. Warm and welcoming valet would be much appreciated, too - hope they can be more warm and express willingness to help. Ms. Lia and Mr. Calix from the Front Office both have been very helpful and accommodating though, even with the pressure they are on with all the guests trying to check in early. They were able to assist us with grace and a smile on their faces. The room on the 19th floor was spacious and spotlessly clean. We were given a room with great view just across the Club Lounge. Breakfast buffet was great, too. Not too much selection but most of them tastes good. Attendants are just okay. They look tired which is understandable, but would have been nice to be greeted by happy, warm people early in the morning. Facilities is definitely a 2 out of 5, not sure if they are undergoing renovation on some parts as there were a couple of mess found. Pool area can be improved. Have tried their Soothe spa, which is nice but way below my expectations given the price paid. Location is a 10 though, with an access to Rob Galleria on the 3rd and 4th floors. Not bad overall. Room was relaxing so 2-night stay is just enough.

We had an incredibly relaxing night here and will definitely be coming back again. Room: The room was spacious and quiet—perfect for unwinding. While the view wasn't particularly impressive, it was still okay given the other great features. The comfortable bed and cozy atmosphere made for a restful night. Bathroom: The bathroom was superb! The separate tub and shower were a nice touch, and the tub itself was spacious enough for a long, luxurious soak. The bathroom area was also large and easily accessible, which added to the comfort and convenience of our stay. Food: Breakfast was amazing! There were so many options to choose from, and we thoroughly enjoyed everything we tried. The quality and variety exceeded our expectations and set a great tone for the day. This has been our favorite hotel everytime we take a vacation in the Philippines. All the staff are very professional ,helpful, prompt and courteous. The rooms are very clean, spacious and beds are very comfortable. The rooms had been renovated which is a plus. The hotel is connected to the mall so it is very convenient whenever we go out to shop and eat out. One of the reasons that we kept going back to this Hotel is because of Seven Corners Restaurant. We love eating in this restaurant. Breakfast and dinner buffet is excellent, so many food options to choose from and tasted really good. All the staff at the restaurant provided exceptional service. A special shout out to Arn, Aljohn ,Mike and Princess, Lea, Roy and Bon. Everyone went above and beyond and provided exceptional service. Thanks also to Sir Jerry their supervisor. Will definitely recommend this hotel and hope to book again next year.

It was our first time to stay at Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria hotel. Me and my husband stayed for total of 12 days. I also booked my sisters for 8 days. I must say that the services provided exceeded our expectations. From the lobby receptionists , housekeeping personnel, security guards, Concierge and all the staff at the Seven Corners Restaurant. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure that our stay will be more comfortable as we expected. Special shout out to front lobby receptionists Shaida ,Quenee and the one who checked us out. the housekeeping staff Yessa, Diane, and the rest. Also to Seven Corners Restaurant's crew Mr. Jaimes, Arn, Jobel " I think ", the Restaurant's receptionists " I forgot their names". Practically all the crew. They we re amazing. The breakfast buffet is by far the best one amongst the hotels that we've stayed at. So many menus to choose from. Loved the salad bar. My favorite braised beef and beef tapa were so delicious. The location is also very convenient as it is just adjacent to Robinson's Galleria. There are so many restaurants at the mall if you want to eat out and shop. The hotel is undergoing some renovation so the smell of the paint is sometimes strong. Also some noise during the day. Otherwise we still recommend this hotel and will book again in the future.
