Located right in front of The Apartments and in the town center. Walking distance from a lot of the restaurants and shops and of course the beach where you’ll be going to for island hopping. Room was pretty clean and spacious for a solo traveler. Breakfast buffet was just alright. Different food is served daily but the usual breakfast food served like pancakes, french toast, bread, fruits, egg station, cereals is available daily. It was 500 php if you want to avail for the breakfast buffet in case it is not part of your booking. One of the staff at the reception got my personal phone number off the hotel information without asking me and was texting me and too friendly for my liking. Made me quite uncomfortable as a solo traveler. I thought they were contacting because of some hotel agenda but it was because they had their personal agenda with me… Other than the staff issue, I wish they had ensured the elevator was always spotless because their were always fingerprint marks. Regardless, I would still consider staying here again due to the rate, clean room, and location. I just hope the staff would be more professional given the encounter I had.

I really liked this hotel because it's close to the town, within walking distance, and also near the dock for island tours. The rooms and the hotel are very clean. As soon as you enter, it smells fresh and clean. However, I have one suggestion: they should consider adding an elevator for the annex part of the building, especially for guests staying on the 4th floor. It can be challenging, particularly for older guests. Alternatively, they could provide elevator access to other floors that connect to the annex. Another issue was the staff entering the room without the customer's consent. While I understand it's part of their cleaning rules, we weren’t informed beforehand that we needed to put a sign outside the door if we wanted the room cleaned or if we preferred a "Do Not Disturb" status. But overall, it was a great stay. The staff are very kind and friendly, and you can really feel their hospitality.

It was my first visit in El Nido, Palawan for a well deserved vacation with my friend and all I could say is that it is memorable and beautiful! I chose Cuna Hotel based from its good reviews and indeed it met most of my expectations. My friend/travel buddy also liked the place. This hotel is clean, safe, accessible to convenient stores/mini supermarkets, restos. What made me more impressed with this Hotel are: its simple but class architectural design, it has its own restaurant wherein you can relax after a long day tour within El Nido, with much food selections (they are healthy, taste good, presentable and with generous amount of servings); their breakfast buffet is good too. Cuna Hotel is located near the view of nature and the limerock formations, great for picture taking and sight seeing. We also availed of the hotel's van shuttle service round trip from the airport and vice versa. The hotel also has different tours which were worth the price (we booked for Tour A and on the next day to 3 different beaches). I commend Mr Marlon, the front desk staff who was the most accommodating and sincere. He is the one I preferred to inquire with the hotel's van shuttle service, tour offers and other concerns. I hope that the rest of his colleagues/staff members will improve more when it comes to being more pleasant (part of being a hotel staff especially on the front desk/reception area is to give at least a simple, sincere smile to your guests). Personally, I'm a professional who is keen in observing people😊. Consistency counts in extending kindness and patience to your future client-tourists. Overall, thank you so much Cuna Hotel especially to the management, all the staff members! Everything's worth the price. You made our stay in El Nido so memorable!
