Daniel's Rendezvous Crib by The Avenue Residences offers both comfort and entertainment with all the provisions inside and outside the unit. The place is perfect for couple, family and peers looking for a nearby getaway at a less expensive rate. You can have a movie marathon with Netflix, cook like a chef with the kitchen provision, sing like a diva with our KTV Lounge and go swimming to complete your staycation.

We fully maximize the space with two semi-bedroom setup. One has a double bed and the other a bunkbed. There is a sofa bed to ensure a good sleep for all guests.

Swimming pool rate excluded
Php100.00/head. Clubhouse is open from 9AM-9PM. Swimming access is good for 2-3 hours. Advance reservation is encouraged.

Karaoke inside the unit is now available for unlimited sing-along until 10PM. KTV Lounge is in the clubhouse for reservation.

A passcode for the digital lock will be provided to gain access to the unit. Please make sure to use the provided smart chip and keep it at all times whenever you leave the unit.

For Grab, please input The Avenue Residences Bldg 5 for Destination.

The place is very accessible since there is a UV Express terminal TRINOMA-SANGANDAAN ROUTE just across the community. From Trinoma mall, just ride the UV Express and in just 10-15 minutes you arrive at your destination.

From Tandang Sora-Commonwealth, there is a jeepney terminal going to Sangandaan. Fare is 12 pesos and drop-off place is in Shell gas station. Just cross the road to Mang Inasal. From there, you are just a few blocks away from the condominium.

Please notify me ahead if you will be bringing a car so I can reserve a parking space for you.

Parking space rental is 250 per night.

IMPORTANT:
Enjoy discounted rates on weekly and monthly stays! A security deposit of ₱2,000 is required for weekly stays and ₱7,000 for monthly stays. Electricity is billed based on actual usage and will be deducted from the deposit. If the electricity bill exceeds the deposit, the excess will be charged separately. The final meter reading will be provided a day before checkout, and any remaining balance from the deposit will be fully refunded after your stay.

    “Good!”

    It was a good stay but not really recommended for big families. The room is a bit tiny and the mic for the karaoke did not function properly. But besides that the location and the host was nice.
