“Best cost-performance apartment”
I think this is the best place in Da Nang in terms of value for money for the facilities among all the apartments. The furniture and facilities are all like new, and everything is really clean overall. There are not even any cockroaches, hot water is functioning well, and the smell in the bedroom is pleasant. The movie projector works well, and there’s a Netflix account available for free. There’s a grocery store and a café in the alley right next door, making it convenient for daily life. It’s also nice that there are staff on the first floor at all times, so any questions or towel changes can be resolved right away. If there’s a downside, it’s that it’s in the Cẩm Lệ area, so it’s a bit far to get to the city center, but the Grab fares are very cheap, so it shouldn't be a big deal for young couples or solo travelers. This seems to be the first Vietnam apartment where the photos match reality, haha. If you’re looking for a clean and affordable accommodation, I absolutely recommend this place. I usually don’t write reviews because it’s a hassle, but I left a long one here because I really like this place.
