Best 4 Star Hotel In Bukit Bintang”
Super friendly staff, right from the conciege all the way to the receptionists. Room was super clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great, plenty of food to choose from. The location was great, close to malls, plenty of restaurants around the corner and transportaions are also convenient located nearby such as buses, monorel and MRT. Thank you very much for the warm welcome and hospitality provided to us during our stay here. I'll be coming here again on our future trips.

Really love that the hotel is located at Jalan Bukit Bintang. Walking distance to a number of malls. Breakfast was great and the staff were friendly. The room that we got was upgraded to a bigger suite for free, hence the suite that we stayed was very spacious and comfortable. Will definitely stay there again.

Amazing stay we had even though its for 1 night. The choice of hotel hugely depend on my first contact with the front Office staff. We went to the next door hotel too to check the rate but it was a bad Experience the moment we walk in. For your hotel its the opposite. At that ewrly morning timing for your staff to still greet us its just wonderful. Special mention to the 2 staff that check me in. A young gentleman and a malay lady who can cantonese( that i recall of her :) They are your hotel’s Best ambassador! Will definitely visit again.

Booked a twin rooms at first, instead we get upgraded to huge room (King + single bed room) upon checked-in. First time getting upgraded, really appreciated it alot! Hotel look classic / vintage, but inside quite good and clean. Location is perfect, quite safe. Front and back got security.

Excellent location. Aircon is centralised and can not adjust easily. It is a fairly old hotel but is clean. Location is very central and is very near to Pavilion, Lot 10 and all the food stalls.
