Excellent Getaway!”

The Flora Creek is an excellent get away from the city of Chiang Mai. The hotel has beautiful landscapes and small stream flowing through the property. A very peaceful place to relax. This was an excellent choice for my wife and I to celebrate our anniversary. Restaurant was nice also, excellent choice for a beautiful getaway!

Home away from Home.”

They say there's no place like home, but they don't say there's a place known as Home away from Home. In regards to my stay there at the Flora Creek Hotel Apartments, it's definately like home away from home. I had a wonderful time and stay during my visit to Dubai and after being out, it was great to know that you'll be returning to a comfortable and relaxing place. I had a great scenic view of the city and the staff was absolutely marvelous. I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet, it had everything you could imagine and a personnel chef's to prepare eggs and all the other food stuff I requested. I'd like to thank the staff for accomadating me and making me feel comfortable and relaxed. I'd especially like to thank Mr. Purnar for the wonderful towel decorations he had for me everyday, displayed on my bed and special shout out to Mrs. Fatima and Mr. Rajnesh for handling all my concerns at the reception desk. I highly recommend this hotel if you're staying long or short term visit in Dub

Best Birthday Break”

We decided to stay at Flora Creek as it looked very secluded and away from it all so we could get a break away from the city. The hotel is very beautiful and staff extremely tentative and knowledgeable. Special mention to Khun Chakrit who helped organize a special dinner for my partners birthday, he made sure every element was perfect. Thank you to all of the team for a fantastic experience, we will be back for sure :)

A beautiful garden and surrounding, just a drive away from the cityt”

What a fantastic stay. The beautiful valley with very beautiful creek running through. All the landscape, architectural structure, sculptures surrounding the garden are amazing. The colorful flowers of all kind. We especially love the wooden bridge over the creek area with the sound of the water. Very soothing. Many photo opt and a lot of nature to enjoy. It was not very busy which is great. very peaceful ambience. We felt relax and enjoying the whole time we were there. Restaurant is also beautiful. Selection of foods are decent. Breakfast spread was a bit small and lack some charm. Overall we love it there so much! It bring back some memory as I used to visit Krisdadoi when I was young. A very pleasant renovation with all the comfort and still have the charm of the old days.. Just a half hour drive away from the city. We highly recommend it and hopefully will return one day.

Beautiful ”

Brand new rooms, spacious, well-fitted. Beautiful gardens. Nice walking trails. Decent breakfast. Friendly staff. Surrounded by nature. Located about 30 mins from Chiang Mai town up in the hills. Lots of tourists come and take photos of the gardens during the day, which can be a little annoying, but the resort is so big that there is still plenty of room. Nice pool with a small but well fitted gym next to it. Both have nice views.

We just spend a night at flora creek before left to Bkk, and we had a nice stay, every services was superb, Staff super nice, Breakfast are great with plenty of choices and lastly surounded by Nature

We were very pleased with Flora Creek. Staff were excellent, the place was very clean and beautiful. The breakfast and dinner were great too. We'll come back here again.

Lovely place”

Stay for 2 nights in pool villa suite. Suite is really spacious and have living room zone and kitchen zone. Really good for relaxing and get some fresh air as the hotel located in the valley. Will definitely come back if I have chance to come to Chiang Mai again.

Beautiful Grounds”

Definitely even more beautiful than the pictures look. Large grounds and top quality. Bridges over the creek and all the surrounding sounds are serene. The cafe staff could be a little more on it but nothing negative just a little slow. Rooms are very comfortable and a little larger than expected. Cool design on the buildings and interiors.

Nice ambience ”

Garden is a bit dry from my expectation, should be carefully taking care. Choices of food at the Creek restaurant are very limited, not variety and very high prices. Staffs are good, room is cozy but should be emphasized on maintenance issues e.g. door lock in the toilet, water temperature.

Quiet and beautiful.”

We love this resort. It is really a great getaway place. It is nice and quiet with beautiful landscaped gardens and flowing streams. We had a very comfortable room that faced the gardens. Although we would have preferred a breakfast buffet, the ala carte menu had quite a good variety to choose from and you are allowed to order seconds too. All the staff are so helpful and efficient. They made our stay so enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this resort to friends and would come back again ourselves.

A bit of disappointment ”

This review is based on my experience during the COVID-19 recession. Not a 5-star quality. This resort deserves 3-4 stars only. Nice room, though. The color and tone of the room suits my style so much and I loved it. But everything else is a no-no. Reception staff didn’t seem to have a service mind. (Maybe because I looked young??? So they treated me not that well???) I asked for a bicycle but they said I wasn’t allowed due to COVID. Well, why other facilities were okay then? Bicycle should be easier in terms of sanitizing. Location is perfect for a getaway but what comes with it is you cannot simply find other restaurants or shops nearby. The closest 7-11 is 15 km away! Food at Creek Cafe was not savory; overpriced and not diverse. Breakfast was a total twist; they had staff wait at each spot to fetch us the food due to COVID. I understand they were concerned about safety. We all are. But that was just not a WISE way to serve breakfast. I have stayed in other hotels during the COVID as well but this was the first time I was surprised. No diversity of food choices and coffee. But I guess I should not be complaining because the price I paid was affordable. The gardens inside the premises were rustic, simple and nothing special. The presentation was different from the actual appearance of the resort. COVID is a terrible occurrence but it shouldn’t be a main factor to degrade your standard of service as this is the moment you can take advantage and show the guests how you are outstanding from other competitors.

Great time with nature.”

Nice and big garden area. The room is big and nice. Breakfast is good quality. Our so is very nice to have big balcony. And can here the sound of river pass by. We met firefly their also. In the day time lots of butterfly. Bad point is lunch and dinner has very limit menu. And there are no near by restuarant. The closest one is 20 mins away. So you are in the middle of nowhere.

a quiet place to hide for vacation ”

a nice hotel to stay for a week with huge garden full of flowers and plants, wifi covered in yard even, a river running over the garden , which looks all very romantic and relaxing , 40 mins by uber from Ciang Mai airport, 30 mins to downtown, unlike crowded downtown full of tourists , here is quiet and peaceful except ; if you rent a car in Ciang Mai, remember to driver to hills , there are many nice places by the road to Botanic garden , nice view, few tourists

Exceptional”

Far from the city, so you better rent a car. Stay there for 4 days, it is excellent. Nice garden and there is a river inside the garden. Room is big and breakfast is OK.

A floral retreat ”

The hotel is built on once a floral garden which was a very smart move! You have this feeling of being surrounded by nature, everywhere you look. My friend and I booked a pool villa suite and it was the most spacious hotel suite we’ve ever had. Room decorations are so pretty giving this calming-feeling. The pool is big enough, although facing the wall which giving us not much scenic view. To get to the lobby, you need the golf cart service but they are fast. Breakfast does have limited food options and they are very strict with COVID-19 restriction measures that you can’t even scoop your own food at the buffet.
