Good Experience in Grand Hyatt”
Grand Hyatt is a very nice hotel for residence. The bus stop of shuttle is closed to the lobby, the staffs are warm and welcome. The check in process is fast too. The room is big and clean, and they serve me a free cake to celebrate anniversary of my wife. In conclusion, it is a good experience to stay in Grand Hyatt. I will go again next time when I travel to Macau.

Huge and seriously beautiful room! Especially love the toilet, beautiful! Great location, strongly recommend all to stay at Taipa area instead because it is really the best location, new and clean, with great shopping places around. Shuttle bus is available from the ferry terminal. Staffs are helpful and nice, great services! Would definitely stay again!

spacious room, with fountain view. very nice, quiet and clean. have coffee maker, we are very happy to make coffee in very short time. bath and shower in one room is very good. This is the biggest room and the best satisfactory that I ever stay in Macau hotel.

We was serve by Ms Renee Diep & Tina Yu. Both of their hospitality is excellent and very infomrative too on the transportation guide to walk around in macau. Both of them was very concern on our amenities, if there is anyhting not enough, they will arrange and bring it to our room. Our room view is excellent too, because facing to the wynn palace hotel water fountain and it will keep showing for every few second and the night view is the best. Other than that, the hotel it self is joining to the city of dreams if you plan to watch The House Of Dancing Water show .

Come to Macau few times already , first time stay at grand Hyatt feel very good and clean front desk was very helpful and patient to explain everything and I would to special thank you Sigit he was very helpful and last time seen we have a lot of luggage he initiative to help us bring ours luggage to shuttle bus I’m very appreciate it! Service prior to arrival and during check-in is highly impeccable. The hotel provided small gestures to celebrate our anniversary during our stay, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The room was incredibly spacious with outstandingly modern interiors and was super comfortable. Free hotel shuttles to almost every part of Macau were available during our stay too.

Beautiful Room and Friendly Staff ”
We were here for a short getaway from Singapore and was glad to be served by Ms. Stella(Our 5 Stars recommendation)who is the front office lady helping us to check in. She was very friendly and help us with clearing some of the directory questions which we have. Throughout the conversations, she never stops portraying that beautiful smile of her which definitely brightens me and my wife days after a long transit to arrive. The room was beautiful with a nice view at Wynn Palace fountain, comfy bed, and nice shower facilities. We will definitely return to stay again.

Good Service and nice food”
We checked in late at 9pm and only the last non-smoking room is available for us. We ordered room service for supper and the food was very nice and up to standard. The price is fair in view of the hotel standard and food quality. We added on the buffet breakfast option during check in at 30% off and our kids under 6 could enjoy for free. There were wide variety of food for selection at mezza9 and overall experience was very good! We swam in the morning at the family hot tub with massage function. Would stay in this hotel again next summer!

All the staffs from reception, to housekeeping, to service desks and security guards were well trained with all information on Macao. Helpful and friendly at the same time. We kept asking a lot of questions from different parties be it house keeping, security guard or any staff in the premise related to location and transportation, all can answer very well. Very nice hotel view. Convenient as city of dreams provided free shuttle to and fro the hotel from multiple locations. Will certainly stay in this hotel again if I ever travel to Macao in future.

It was my 3rd time staying at GH macao. So during check in this time, i asked if it was possible to get an upgrade, not hoping to much since the hotel was very busy that day. The friendly staff, Jackie and Echo, upgraded us to a suite room with fountain view, with big living area. We traveled with our 7 year old daughter, and she was thrilled! Echo even gave her a soft toy as a welcome gift and escorted us to our room. I couldn’t be happier with their services and that’s a Hyatt standard. Thank you

Room & Hotel cleanliness: Excellent Service: Excellent, from the check-in to the housekeeping to the plumber technician. Food: We tried the buffet breakfast, there was a wide variety of food with good quality. Location: Located within the City of Dreams shopping mall (in the Cotai area), with a wide choice of restaurants, & a convenience shop located at the basement, near the shuttle bus area, where we bought snacks & bananas for supper. There is free shuttle bus service to MGM, Wynn Palace, Galaxy Resorts, Venetian, Studio City & Sands Cotai Central. If you prefer to walk, the Sands Cotai Central shopping mall is just across the road, though there is no shelter from the rain or sun. From Sands Cotai Central, it is a short & sheltered walk to the Shoppes at Venetian, Shoppes at Parisian, & Shoppes at Four Seasons shopping malls.

Room is big and clean. My 5 and 8 years old sons love it so much that they don’t even want to leave the room. Service from hotel lobby to restaurant were superb. Really like the tranquility as the hotel doesn’t have any casino downstairs.
