Stayed on New Years Eve , 3D2N. We were allowed to check-in 30mins earlier as there were many people waiting for check-in. We were also allowed to keep our luggages with them before the check-in timing (we reached 9hrs before check-in time). Hotel staff were very helpful and nice. My boyfriend and I stayed in tower 2, level 15, studio apartment. The room is very spacious, clean equipped with many facilities. Everything is in good condition except a few minor flaws such as the door’s handle lock, balcony light, noisy aircon. A suggestion is to have extra tissue and toilet paper. Our room did not have tissue so we had to use ours. However, these were not an issue. The bed, towels, sofa were all clean. Toilet necessities such as shaving kits, toothbrushes, vanity kit, comb, haircap, etc were provided. Hairdryer and iron is working well. No nasty smell in toilet and heated water is extremely hot. The view is great and food was nice too! The mini mart in between tower2&3 has so much good stuff! Oasis Poolside Bar serves the best nasi lemak too! Heated swimming pool is working too. Bus transportation was swift and easy. I will gladly pay the 6RM instead of paying 30RM for a taxi (which i did) 😢 Easy to book and not much of a hassle. Bus tickets are released on midnight everyday. Came to this hotel not expecting much after reading the reviews. But it wasn’t so bad afterall! I would give this a 3.5/4-star SG standard. Think it really depends on luck from which room u get! I had an enjoyable stay at Grand Ion Delemon Hotel. Hope to be back if there’s a next time!

We were very happy about our stay in this hotel but when we reached there our normal room (tower 2) was unavailable, so was given a bigger room with extra bed and room. So we were very happy when we went in but the happiness was shorten as there were used towels leave behind, balcony windows was unable to lock and the telephone was not working. We update to the receptionist b4 leaving the hotel to settled the issues but when we came back to the room, after more than 4 to 5 hours later nothing was done. The receptionist said that they don't have enough staff and our request was not updated. So we requested to have our room to be changed and they managed to give us a normal room in different tower 4 but when we check in there, there were no tooth brush and shower bath provided. When we went to the to tower 4 reception, the receptionist there said they are from different agent and they can't settle my issue and I need to go back to tower 2 to settle my issues. Well I don't know how to describe this situation but it did happen. We dun feel very comfortable staying in this hotel. Lastly this hotel is not popular among the drivers, as we took more than 2 hours to reached this hotel from the KL TERMINAL 2 airport. The driver goes round and round bcos no proper directions were given and it is not convenient to take grab from there to other places. Infact some of the driver asked us why we chose this hotel when there are other convenient and popular hotels around. Anyway this experience have thought us to be very careful when choosing hotels in future. Thank you.

Property is quite good for its price but it is good 5-6 km away from resort area and taxi fare from hotel to resort is a good 45-60 RM per head spend one way or you may opt for public bus transport but I didnt get to try it as I had a self drive vehicle so I didnt face any problem in commuting. Also, claiming parking refund on account of hotel parking is a hassle. I had taken my car out before getting my tap n go card credited so lost out on RM40 parking fee which hotel said they couldnt credit now. Cleaning staff didnt clean room one day but I was to leave next day, they anyways provided towels, bottles etc on request. Intercoms didnt work and there are multiple hotel towers that are being shared by this hotel possibly with other hotel so your tower reception desk may ask you to go to main tower reception only for any request in case intercom phones dont work. All in all I would prefer to book the resort hotel only timely in advance next time if I were to visit again but in case that is not available, this property can still be considered if one can manage the commute to resort.

Once we reach the manager of Tower 2 lobby Mr. Hafeez is very patient, polite, efficient and friendly to approach and try his best to arrange our request as putting whole my family room booking under same tower and same floor. He very nice and compassion to help us and guide us how to check in some more let us check in early and help us arrange. Meanwhile the rest of the staff of hotel no matter is front desk or room customer service line. Even the technician and also those laundry cleaning staff also very friendly and helpful. I remember we are not sure how to walk to take their shuttle bus first time then we ask for help of a laundry staff who wearing black uniform T-shirt .
