My family and I had a 6-day vacation in Yogya and we stayed in this hotel with 2 rooms booked through Agoda. All hotel staff were very nice and friendly. We got clean and comfortable rooms to rest, a fresh lobby, and a breakfast place where we felt really relaxed while enjoying our varied menu. One of the restaurant staff even offered us to try other menus besides the ones served. The next morning, I got a complete breakfast menu of nasi gudeg, which was really yummy. Thank you so much! We felt very happy, and my two adult sons also said the same thing to me. Mom, we're happy to stay here. Okay, we will come back here when we visit Yogyakarta again. As the subject all awesome, such your New Year eve dinner, the variety of food was awesome eventbough the taste some were tasteless such as grilled fish, grilled seafood(maybe need marinate more longer), buffet were ok(didnt eat it though), but all the cleaness off your food stall were nice. Well, 1 thing though, your host should told me that I have a table reserved under my name, so me and my family, the 1st 30 minutes dont have to eat standing 😔😔 coz no table available. My daughter notice my name on a table because she was refilling drink near my table so she noticed my name (name table were facing the glass not facing where people come). But overall was awesome, esp your mahakarya, where your staff from room (HK) thru office (sales&HR), have a role on it, was nice involving internal (safe cost too😉). Im sorry if i have to critize 1 thing, you restaurant..you need to fix your exshaust, because everytime i went out after breakfast and return to my room, my cloth and hair will smell your kitchen air☹️.Sorry im sensitive on kitchen air smell. I cant imagine if me myself eat breakfast there and then directly went for a meeting, what smell my cloth and hair will be. Again sorry i have to critize on this, but maybe not all person understand what i mean, but if you work in Hospitality esp F&B, you got what i mean, no offensive for kitchen staff*peace*. Overall was awesome, even my kids want to come again for new yeareve again. kami sekeluarga menginap 5 hari untuk berlibur, berikut pengalaman kami positive experience yg bikin extend stay : + air panas hot shower nyala dgn baik (kalau di hotel2 budget kan air panasnya sering habis/tiba-tiba dingin gitu) disini hot showernya enak, jadi mandi malam pun sangat nyaman & relaxing + kamar luas, bagus, nyaman, kasur besar + bisa request connecting dan non-smoking rooms + rasanya seperti hotel baru, bukan hotel tua, modern dan masih terawat + AC dingin, tidak nyetrong kepala + air minum unlimited karna tidak botolan, ada jug kaca dikamar yg bisa diisi ulang dgn dispenser di depan kamar (untuk semua tamu) + lokasinya bukan di pusat kota yg ramai jadi gak berisik terutama di malam hari tidak terganggu suara luar + lantai karpet jadi gak licin dan gak berisik + harga sebanding dengan fasilitas & kenyamanan, tidak mahal dan tidak ada komplain, worth the price normal : - frontdesk/admin/staff2 nya ramah dan baik meski bukan yg exceptionally friendly buanget gitu tapi wajar biasa aja normal, tidak ada yg jutek - proses check-in & check-out mudah dan tidak ada masalah - ada hairdryer & bisa pinjem setrika - kebersihan standar termasuk bersih, gak sparkling clean tapi juga gak kotor, gak berdebu, gak ada komplain untuk kebersihan - lobby wangi lemongrass enak, toilet lobby juga bersih negative tapi gak terlalu masalah untuk kami : - jarak ke pusat kota terbilang jauh antara +-20menit, tapi karena kami bawa mobil pribadi jadi gak masalah dan memang prefer hotel yg tidak dipusat kota agar tidak berisik - untuk jalan kaki sekitaran hotel rasanya kurang aman/kurang cocok (vibe nya bukan kayak area wisata seperti malioboro) - gojek makanan/barang ngambilnya di pos satpam depan, gabisa di lobby, jd kurang convenient tapi bisa dipahami juga - request guling ada charge 100rb, jadi gak jadi hehe - bantal tidur cuma ada 2 per kamar (biasanya kalo dihotel bintang gitu ada 4 bantal) - hari pertama wastafel sempat mampet airnya turun lama, lapor dan langsung dibetulkan dgn cepat dan lancar - 1 kamar kuncinya dikasih cuma 1 (biasanya kan 2) jadi kalo 1 orang keluar bawa kunci untuk tap lift maka kamarnya bakal listrik off, tapi bisa request extra kunci dgn deposit (cash only gak bisa kartu/qris) - fasilitas umum sprti kolam renang, gym, kecil dan biasa aja , tapi krn kami emang gak niat renang jd ya gak masalah - sepertinya tidak ada opsi extrabed di aplikasi dan kalau direct booking harganya cukup mahal sekitar +-400rb untuk 1 extrabed overall very pleasant stay, udah rekomendasi ke teman2 yg mau ke jogja bisa consider hotel ini

Our stay started with a little hiccup. We arrived on January 2nd at 6:30 PM. I had booked this hotel with specific requests: a high floor, non-smoking rooms, and a connecting door. These were important because I was traveling with my two toddler daughters and my parents, one of whom has a lung condition and cannot stay in a smoking room. Upon arrival, we were assigned rooms on the 4th floor. The receptionist informed us that we wouldn’t get connecting rooms, which I was okay with. However, when we entered one of the rooms, it smelled strongly of smoke, as if someone had just smoked there. I asked the bellboy if it was a smoking floor, and he said it wasn’t, but people could still smoke inside the rooms. I called reception three times to report the issue, and they said they would ozone the room. After the process, the smell persisted, and I also noticed a stain on the bedsheet. The kids loved the children’s pool, and breakfast was decent. Tips: Request a room on the 5th floor or above for a better experience that aligns with the hotel’s 4-star standard.
