Rooms are clean and spacious. The hotel is conveniently located right next to Central shopping centre and Big C. Helpful and friendly stuff, they even have a small map of all key sightseeing spots. The only minor improvement I’d suggest is all more hooks for hanging towels, drying clothes etc

We went as a group and booked 2 pool access rooms and a deluxe room. Honestly, all 3 rooms gave the same clean spacious vibe and the only perk was a slightly bigger bathroom and of course access to the pool via our room. The rooms were always cleaned the next day and their breakfast spread was quite good with options for vegetarians too. We really loved our stay at Grand Vista Hotel and would totally recommend getting the pool access rooms as we were always by the pool.

Overall the hotel staffs are polite and helpful, able to speak basic English. Morning breakfast has a number of choices to choose and suited our taste. There is a massage centre at the ground floor, next to the entrance. Massage service is excellent. The hotel is within walking distance around 5 minutes to Big C, can go there to buy some necessities. There is tuk tuk service (complimentary) to the night market at 7 pm, and there is one at 9 pm to fetch us back. Recommended to stay at this hotel.
Staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel itself needed renovations as the passage walls were filthy, windows inside the room haven’t been cleaned or looked after for ages, some furniture and shower curtain were ripped, black stains inside the bathroom. For the hotel that looked modern should keep up appearances.
