Although it was located in front of the station, the hotel was in quite a lonely environment, and it felt like not many people were walking around, so I thought it might be a bit lacking without a convenience store nearby. However, there were instant noodles and snacks for sale near the front desk, which was quite impressive. There were also numerous vending machines, so I didn't feel particularly anxious about the absence of a convenience store. I was impressed by how well the hotel pays attention to its guests. Even though it was before the designated parking time, I was allowed to park my car, and I wasn't charged for parking the next morning. That was very much appreciated! Despite being in a rural area, the hotel really understood the needs of its guests and provided a comfortable atmosphere. Additionally, the kitatanpo hot pot at the attached izakaya was exquisite!

Because hotels in Akita city are generally expensive during the GW period, I stayed in the nearby Omagari. It's very convenient if you have a JR PASS, as this hotel is only a five to six-minute walk from Omagari Station. The hotel itself is relatively old, but it offers a great price-performance ratio and is very clean. Overall, it is definitely worth it to stay here to get an early start to Akita for a cheaper price.
Was the perfect place to crash for one night, after the Akita Kanto festival. Located near the station, and has all the necessary amenities. Bed was just alright, but for the price I can't complain.

This was my second stay. Last time I had a smoking room, but this time I chose a non-smoking room, so it was comfortable. The front desk had a free coffee server and warm towels, and I made use of them. Body soap is provided in the room, but there were also some brand-name products that I usually use at home available next to the front desk, which I was able to use on a first-come, first-served basis☆ The building is old, but it is clean, and the location is outstanding while also being inexpensive! I definitely want to use it again.
