Its an old building but got one of the newly rennovated rooms and our stay was excellent. A bit lacking in terms of parking (we had to pay extra for the overnight parking oh well). The resto was closed (under rennovation)but since it was very easy to walk to Greenhills it wasnt an issue. The location is the best part of this since we had an event nearby. Our stay was restful. Personally my favorite part was the balcony in the superior room. Did not have a view but it was clean and the room was cozy.

Outdated practices make you feel unwelcome.”
This hotel could be good value for money, given its location right across Greenhills. However, overall, our stay was not an experience we would want to repeat. Firstly, when we arrived at the parking, we were informed we would have to check in first before we could park. What insanity is that? We were told that we would need to be assigned a room number first before we could enter the parking - how impractical! Given also that the parking is not complementary and that the rates are higher than the mall parking, you're better off just parking in any of the GH parking spots. Secondly, each time we would enter the hotel, we would be asked for our room number at the entrance! I didn't appreciate being interrogated each time I'd have to enter the hotel. This makes guests feel very unwelcome, as though we were tresspassers who needed to prove ourselves. Would definitely not recommend this hotel. If you want to stay near GH, a much better (friendlier, cleaner, and more modern) option is Summit which is just down the street and costs just a few hundred pesos more.

My partner and I stayed here for a staycation. The newly renovated room was sufficient, although it was poorly constructed, it looked presentable and was very clean. However, there were issues in the shower handle and the AC had water dripping all night. Other than that the room was okay. Our next concern was the building and its facilities. The building was really dated and poorly maintained. They charge 600 per night for parking but we were placed in a very shabby parking space with used tires. So I just moved my car to the nearest mall parking. Lastly, and probably the most important part of any hospitality business, service. I wasn't able to leave a deposit during check in because I needed to get cash first. During the afternoon, we went to do errands in the mall and went back to the room to rest. We already fell asleep and were rudely awaken by 2 continuous phone calls at 11PM in the evening. I dialed back to find out that it was front desk asking for the deposit. Mind you, we were already fully paid for our stay before checking in. I went down and asked if they can just get it from swiping my debit card and they said no and suggested I withdraw OUTSIDE AT 11PM in the evening. Treating your fully paid customers for a deposit that hour of the day is for me, unacceptable. I will never go back here again. Poor facilities, poor service.

Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The room was clean and tidy, which is always a big plus for me. The air-conditioning worked well enough to keep the room comfortable. The staff at the front office were friendly and accommodating, which added to the positive vibe of the place. However, one improvement that could enhance the comfort level of the hotel is having air-conditioning in the lobby. Manila heat can be quite oppressive, and the lobby felt a bit stuffy as a result. Adding air-conditioning there would make the common areas more inviting. On the bright side, the location of the hotel is very convenient. It's close to food sources like Jollibee and a mall, just a short 2-3 minutes walk away. This makes grabbing a quick bite to eat or doing some shopping incredibly easy. Overall, I would say it's a good place to stay, especially if you're attending an event at Teatrino. With a few minor improvements, it could become an even more comfortable and enjoyable stay.
