We were really surprised that there was another lady occupant in the room when we arrived. Per my understanding, we booked for the entire room exclusively. This really caused us stress as we were concerned what should we do and hoping situation can be resolved quickly. We raised our concerns (we screenshot the conversations for records) and failed to get a response, by the time it was 12:30am, we were really tired. It was great place but unable to fully enjoy it due to this incident with another guest who came in early. I suggest they have a reception to monitor movement, check their cctv cameras or simply update key lock to prevent anyone from coming in unless booked on that date.
