I made a reservation to stay for 2 nights in Hoi An! It was a 10-minute walk from the Old Town, so it was nice to walk in the evening :) It had a slightly old feeling, probably due to its age, but overall it was quite clean and the view was good! I stayed on the 8th floor, but as I read in reviews, I could only take the elevator up to the 7th floor and then had to walk up the last flight. They helped carry my luggage, so I didn't find the stairs inconvenient at all! However, there were no air conditioners turned on in the lobby or the hallways of the rooms, so it was quite hot immediately upon exiting 😹 There were two swimming pools, one at the front and one at the back of the hotel. The back one was shallow, suitable for children to play in, while the front one was a deep adult-only pool. Some reviews mentioned that there were bugs floating and that the water quality wasn't great, but aside from the dirty sunbeds, it was much better than I expected!! Swimming in the morning is such a delight ㅠㅠ The breakfast wasn't extravagant, but I enjoyed a simple meal with cereal, pho, omelet, yogurt, coffee, etc. :) Lastly, all the staff were friendly until check-out, and they even showed me items I left in the room with pictures and asked if I wanted to take them! I would recommend it if you like nature-friendly resorts 😊😊
Our time spent in Hoi An was magical, not just because the city is like that but also because our experience staying at RiverTown made us feel like we never wanted to leave. The location of the hotel is perfect - walking distance from the most idyllic part of the city, yet away from the noise. The moment you enter you feel you're in a private oasis with a warm and comfortable feeling. At the reception, we were greeted by Tran who was simply the most amazing front desk executive I have come across - she patiently explained every place to visit in the city, how to go there, what to look out for, where to shop from, the timings of key places. She went out of her way to remind us about our early morning flight on check-out day and helped prepare a packed breakfast for us as we had to leave early in the morning! Such was our experience! The hotel is beautifully located near the river as well, and our room was sound-proofed well enough that none of the noise from the bridge reached inside. The spaces were clean and the food was the best breakfast spread we had in our almost 2-week long Vietnam journey. If you're ever planning on staying here, trust me, you will regret NOT booking this place. It's an experience I would recommend everyone.

The staff were very kind and the swimming pool was great. The breakfast was also really good, with everything you could want and it tasted amazing. Especially, compared to other hotels in Da Nang, there were fewer Koreans, which made it feel even more like being abroad. I recommend staying at least one night in Hoi An when you travel, and I highly recommend the River Town Hotel. I left my AirPods and checked out, but an hour later, I was personally contacted by you, which helped me find them. We stayed in this hotel for a day and i must say the experience was exceptional. Although room is quite small as compare to price but the hosting and welcoming was warm and beautiful. swimming pool is good and clean water is not complimentary in room but there are water cans outside on every floor to fill up water. room was clean and so good bathroom was clean with all amenities balcony has great view of river. night market is just 1 km and hotel staff provide free bicycle to ride and visit market as well which was convenient. breakfast on hotel was so so good even vegetables options are available because i am veg so i loved it. Staff helped me with iced coffee and it was super refreshing. overall experience was amazing

Stayed for 3 nights as a solo traveller. Staff were super friendly, helped me with getting proper cab, helped me with finding genuine tailor shop, room was clean and spacious, nice view of the river in the back. On my 2 weeks stay in southern vietnam this resort was the best for me. Worth the money. I highly recommend it
