The staff at this hotel received a 10/10 rating for their service. The reviewer was on a family trip with their elderly parents and they were all very satisfied with the warm and friendly service provided by the team. From the front desk staff to the restaurant receptionist to the room cleaning helpers, everyone had a smile on their face and was willing to help without being asked. Even the security guard at the main gate was caring and asked where the reviewer was going when they walked out alone. The front desk staff member named Vien was especially helpful and responsive to all of the reviewer's questions, arranging their travel car to Myson and their next hotel efficiently. The staff at the hotel were able to recognize each customer, which was very professional. The reviewer felt that the service they received at this hotel was even better than the service they received at a 4-star hotel in Da Nang two days later. They would definitely recommend this hotel to their friends who are visiting Da Nang. The location, cleanliness, and facilities were also excellent, and the passionate and professional team ensured that everything was in the best condition.

Amazing Breakfast, Beautiful Landscaping and Close to Old Town”
Long story short: My husband and I had a wonderful stay here and would definitely come back! We were warmly greeted upon arrival, someone helped us with our bags, we received welcome drinks, and our room was ready despite our early arrival. We were also given an upgrade to a king-sized room with balcony facing the riverside closest to old town (opposite of the motorbike bridge that's quite loud when bikes go through). We didn't have time to enjoy all of the amenities; but we were thoroughly impressed by breakfast. There was a LARGE selection of local, international, and western foods. You can also get coffee and tea to go. The room was clean, the wifi was fast and the showers had hot water and great water pressure. Walkable to Old town and in the quieter part of town, so you can get away from all of the noise. We loved it! I highly recommend you stay! OH and final thing , they offer a bus that will take you to An Bang beach to their sister resort where you can avail a sun bed. We wish we had time to go, but it's nice to know they have it!

What can I say ….. without a shadow of doubt I would recommend the RiverTown resort. Everything is great but special call out to a few of my highlights: - Staff. So friendly and helpful (and professional). This is the biggest selling point for me - location. Perfect. Distantly away from the huddle and bustle of Hoi A bars and restaurants, yet easily walking distance of 10/15 minutes. Best of both worlds - Pool. So relaxing and great for sun worshippers. Plenty of sun beds so you aren’t scrambling to grab one - Rooms comfortable enough and good size - WiFi is stable and I experienced no issues - Food is good, but don’t limit yourselves to eating every night at the hotel as there are some great eateries in the busy areas! Breakfast has a mix of Asian and western. All ok Overall - when I visit next to Da Nang/ Hoi An I will opt to stay here again. Loved it and would for sure recommend this place to everyone.

Visited Hoi An in July 2024 and stayed at Rivertown Resort and Spa. The hotel is exceptional value for money and the location perfect with a short stroll to the night market or into Old Town. The staff are super friendly and we were certainly looked after. A huge call out th Cuoc who made us feel at home and share his vietnamese culture as well wanting to know more about Australian culture. The facilities were what to expect from a 5 star hotel particularly the main pool. We stayed in the Grand Deluxe Pool and River view room which was spacious and clean albeit slightly dated but we came to know the rooms are currently going through a refurbishment. The buffet breakfast was extensive catering for everyone. Would 100% stay here again and highly recommend Rivertown Resort and Spa when visiting Hoi An the city of lanterns.

Ms. Ly & Ms. Vien from the front desk ensured our stay is comfortable and assisted on every step to plan our days. Ms. Lan from the Soul restaurant ensured us the personalised attention. She made sure everything to be perfect for the guests . So in a brief , it was an amazing experience to stay at this beautiful property.
