"Hotel Room is clean and beautiful but a little small. Best for lover and honeymoon couple. The room has a bathroom with see- tru glass from the beds. Very romantic room, we love it. The front counter staffs are friendly and helpful. The bell boys are helpful too. The best of all, they could speak english. Overall all services are good and the place was well kept and clean. Beds are comfortable. Housekeeping service is good. The location of the hotel is good too. Opposite the hotel is Landmark hotel which has casino in it. Across the road are Star World hotel and Wynn, both have nice casino in it. Many casinos are walking distant from the hotel. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. Bus stop also nearby (you ca ask the friendly hotel bell boy for which no bus to take from short distance walk to nearby bus stop form the hotel). Bus charges per trip HDK 3.20 per head, make sure you have small notes for ride as no change(machine). You can take bus no 2 and no 5 to famous places such as Leal Senado,Ruins of St. Paul, The A-Ma Temple etc . Although Emperor hotel does not have casino but the room worth to stay. We were given a deluxe room although is a small room with two single beds. We were expecting a bigger room for deluxe but it is fine with us as we do not spent much time in the room. The hotel also provide shutter bus to ferry station but not to airport and Zhuhai, China border. If the hotel could provide Free shutter bus to airport and Zhuhai border, would be the best. We have a wonderful stay in Emperor Hotel and are looking forwards for our next trip there. "

"our stay there was surprisingly pleasant although at first we were a bit surprised by the size of the hotel rooms given that we were staying in a much bigger room in macau. the location of the hotel and the value for money offsets the size of the room. although size is small but it is modernly renovated and comfortable. everything is designed to fit perfectly in the room without compromising the comfortness of the room. it is directly next to the famous temple street in yau ma tei and only 5 mins stroll to the yau ma tei mrt station. if you prefer to walk, you can walk to most of the tourist attraction in mongkok and tsim tsa tsui area. plenty of food option just behind the hotel. a must try is the beef noodles 3 mins away from the hotel on temple street. there's a hotel transfer from and to the kowloon mrt station which is also an airport express station."

"The Grand Emperor Hotel was in a good location. A smaller casino hotel meant it was easy to access our rooms, the resturant and casino. The larger casino's were only a 5min walk away. Walking around this area of Macau was the best way to get around and enjoy the streets and alley's. We booked a Superior room, rooms large, king size bed, the blurb said included breakfast. Be aware - the Superior room booking included breakfast, the AGODA voucher said breakfast not included. Presenting for breakfast we were told it was not included. A quick email to AGODA and we were told it was at the hotels discretion. Not a good look, very disappointing. We contacted the other hotel we had booked that had breakfast included in the room type but not on the AGODA voucher and it was honoured without question, they actually found it strange we asked!!"

"The hotel has an absolute location. It's very close to some of Macau's popular landmarks - Ruins of St. Paul's, Senado Square, Fortaleza do Monte, Camoes Square and Casa Garden, St. Anthony's Church, Leal Senado Building, St. Augustine's Church, Dom Pedro V Theatre, Sir Robert Ho Tung Library, Mandarin's House, Lilau Square, Moorish Barracks, A-Ma Temple and a lot more, even to the casinos like Grand Lisboa, Hotel Lisboa, Wynn Macau, MGM, and also Macau Tower. You can really discover places just by walking, which I did, from the hotel to these popular sights. I didn't have to spend a lot with transportation fees. The hotel is also few steps away from local gift shops, pastry shops, and some eateries, as well as parks and convenience stores. The hotel staff are quite nice, one lady even directed me on how to go to Ruins of St. Paul's. The senior staff who was on duty when I arrived at past 2am on Friday/Saturday was accommodating to my concern despite the limited English when I thought the key got stuck to the key slot. Overall, I'd say I would book with this hotel again when I come back. "
