"I just checked out from the hotel a few hours ago after 6 nights staying here. This is an amazing hotel to stay at if you are ever considering a visit to the amazing Yogyakarta. This hotel has about everything you need especially the location. It is just next to the famous Malioboro Street. Food stalls are everywhere. Transportation is everywhere as well. Very convenient. Room service is done everyday. Breakfast is decent enough. For the price, I really have nothing to complain about this hotel. Super awesome service. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to Jogja. As a very satisfied guest, 5 stars from me.."

"First time i booked a hostel in Yogyakarta and i I chose Wake up homestay. I was amazed by their service..and how the hostel is. The location not so far from Tugu station, malioboro, trans jogja and beringhajo market. The bed pillow n blanket so comfortable. They had nice bed bunk with 100% excellent privacy, clean bathrooms. The space between other beds were wide where u can't find in other hostel, they also provided a locker to keep my belongings safe. The free trip they made for the guests to the waterfall totally unforgettable, i hope wake up homestay can be well-known for those who wants to stay in Yogyakarta. πŸ™πŸΎπŸ"

"Duration of stay: 4 nights Had a wonderful stay at Nueve Hotel Malioboro. The manager Mr Benny and all of the staffs from reception to guards are very friendly. Bed, shower are all very good. Water bottle is supplied daily. They also have swimming pool. Though the swimming pool is basic but I believe it would be more than enough especially for family with young children looking for something to entertain their children at the hotel. The hotel is located about 5 minutes walk to the famous Malioboro street and also Beringharjo market. Overall, it's a very good hotel and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Jogjakarta.. "

"The exterior of Melia Purosani looks very pretty. It overlooks the cityscape and the position of our assigned room is facing where the sun rise and sets. The deluxe room is huge for 2 persons, and every day there is a complimentary snack. It's a nice gesture after a day out traveling! The restaurant where it serves breakfast has very good chef! the Nasi Padang is our favourite on the Menu. Generally the food quality and taste is above average as it suited our taste buds. One of our good experiences in Yogyarkarta! This hotel is definitely a must-visit! It's a stone throw away from Malioboro shopping district, the Ambarukko mall if you would like some variety shopping and it's a 30-45 mins away from Airport. Such ease! Thank you to the staff who worked tirelessly over the Puasa Holiday to make our experience in Yogyakarta one of the best! "

"We went to Jogja on 7 consisted of 3 adults and 4 young kids. The location of this hotel is superb. Right in the center of the hippy location of Yogyakarta; Malioboro. When you like this kind of ambiance, this hotel is located perfectly with all the stuff that you need. Name them; bunches of restaurants that offer traditional and international cuisines, shopping mall, traditional markets, supermarkets, hypermarkets, batik stores, etc, etc ,etc. The neighborhood seems alive for 24 hours. However, you need to consider the traffic jam in this area, especially during Friday and weekend. The hotel is still brand new as one of the reasons that they still have limited facilities so far. But overall, the current facilities like the room, lobby, laundry, restaurant, and parking are great. The staff are very welcome and helpful, the rooms are sparkling clean and the food is tasty. We fully recommend this place for you to stay when visiting Yogyakarta. "

"I had a very enjoyable stay in Jambuluwuk Malioboro. The food in the hotel is good, enjoyed a lot of "sambal". It's still within walking distance to Beringharjo traditional market and Malioboro shopping street although it is a located about 1km away from the busy Malioboro. The staff are helpful to get taxi and ready to bargain for "becak" for me. I enjoyed a 30% discount at the spa with Citibank credit card although I carry a foreign Citibank card. Some tips to share: there are not much choices for restaurant nearby (unless one is adventurous to try the stalls at the road side). However, there is a bakery and 2 Indomart 24-h convenient stores nearby the hotel. Also, there is a Tran Jogja bus stop (abt 300m away) on the left side of the hotel entrance. I took a taxi at Rp 20000 (minimum tarif) from the hotel to Kraton and a "becak" for the same price back from Kraton. Overall, it was a great, value for money stay at this hotel."
