I confused when I touch down airport. Luckily the tourist information counter guide me to check with Tops Holiday counter, they will arrange free shuttle bus send you to the hotel. The Tops Holiday tour counter just right end at the exit gate there. However it charge HKD24 per person when you want the hotel arrange shuttle service to airport. It has a casino in the hotel, hence I though it is suitable for non-gambling guest, but I was wrong. It is a standard 5-stars hotel, but not a luxury 5-stars. It cater many tour groups, hence I had a bad experience when waiting the lift go up together with a tour group who just checked in, it only 3 lifts at the lobby and it’s super slow… The check in process took some time, however they are willing to arrange the best room to adapt your requirement, such as non-smoking room, king size bed room, nice city view or so on. If you can walk, Lisboa casino and Ruins of St. Paul’s Cathedral is within walking distance. Otherwise, take bus is convenience. The hotel is located small road, but got public bus serve in that line, otherwise passby the garden infront further down is a main road, many bus lines serving there. On the other hand, the hotel does provide shuttle bus to Lisboa casino. The garden opposite is Vasco da Gama Munument, feel nothing just a normal garden with a monument, walk further got a souvenir store. A side got 7-11 convenient store and few local restaurants, the taste not bad and not that expensive.

This is my first experience both in booking with Agoda as well as staying in Hotel Lisboa. It was a very enjoyable booking and stay. My mum and I stayed there on the 10th & 11th of December on the 7th level (smoking floor). Although we tried to ask for non-smoking level, there wasn't any ready for us to check in straight. Since we checked in way before their supposedly check in timing, we are fine with any ready room. They were very sweet enough to give us upgraded room with nice view of Grand Lisboa. The room was spacious, nice couch, big flat screen tv, clean bathtub with massage shower, cute shampoo bottles that look like expensive perfume...etc. Their staffs from the receptionist to porter, from behind desk to over through phone calls, were friendly and patient. Location was perfect. Grand Lisboa at the side, Wynn and Star World just opposite. The famous egg tart is just two streets across and famous tourist attractions within walking distance (as long as you are willing to . Only two small cons. Our room wasn't really sound proof so if you wish to have a more quieter stay, maybe you can ask to be allocated to a quieter floor or maybe the last room in the corner? Also, because there are lots of big hotels and casinos around, there are lots of ladies raoming about the restaurant levels of Hotel Lisboa. Can be quite a sight but well, it didn't bother us too much though. On the whole, really enjoyed our stay!

I booked a 1 night stay at Harbourview Hotel, Macau on March 22-23, 2019 to celebrate my birthday. Indeed, we had the best stay in Macau and the most unforgettable birthday salubong. The hotel is very nice and clean. Not to mention that the location is also very strategically located around the tourists distinations so very easy to go around the city. The staff are very accommodating to us. We were given the best service from toiletress to water to coffee. Especial thanks to the following staff: John Arnaiz, Jeffrey, Jed, Walter and Ms. Hannah from housekeeping for the warm hospitality. Iba talaga ang alagang pinoy! Until our next stay, Harbourview!

I travel to Macau 3D2N with two young children. One thing really attract me about this hotel is the comfort and location. Room is big and free upgraded to bigger room with 1 double bed and 1 super size single bed which can fit in four of us! My children feels happy inside the room and they prefer to stay in the room than outside! lol..... Water pressure and temperature are great! (I am very particular on this) To most attraction, you need to walk behind the building to catch a bus which is only 1 or 2min away. To most attraction, by bus, it take about 3 to 6 stops depends on the location which is super duber convenient. For 4 of us, the average bus fare is about MOP4.20 per person, one way, thanks to the hotel location. Honestly, you dont have to take taxi which is far more costly. Opposite, across the road, you have 7-11 convenient store, money exchange, famous chain store for food souvenirs. The buffet breakfast cost about MOP120.00 per pax (include tax) and we didnt take that as there are few restaurant just few steps away. For asian foods, step out from the hotel entrance, turn right..two block ahead, you spot a nice and cheap restaurant for breakfast! Overall, I love this hotel very much and I definitely will come back again.

great location. :5-10mins walking distance to lisboa, wynns, and pharaohs casino. :10 mins walking distance to margaret's cafe e nata, which is famous for its portuguese egg tart. :15-20 mins walk distance to st. paul's cathedral hotel room is spacious and clean, but you don't get nice view through the window. the bath room has a wall of clear glass facing the bed, a great feature for couple.

My girlfriend and I enjoyed a lovely stay at the Sofitel Macau at Ponte 16. We were over to see The House of Dancing Water (which was excellent - though beware, we saw the 5pm show and it's nigh impossible to get a taxi afterwards at the City of Dreams. We waited an hour) and decided that we wanted to stay away from the Cotai strip as we have no interest in gambling. The Sofitel’s rooms looked gorgeous and fell into a reasonable price bracket so having booked it the night before, we made our way over after the show. Upon check-in, we were surprised and delighted to have our room upgraded when the staff learned that the trip was a late birthday present for my girlfriend, and our suite on the 17th floor was nothing short of superb. All we wanted was a room with a comfortable bed and a bath big enough for the two of us to unwind in after a long day, and our upgraded digs ticked both boxes off - and then some. Fantastic views from up high, as well. Having missed our dinner reservations at Fernando's (due to the hour-long taxi wait at the City of Dreams), we decided to instead dine at the hotel's Mistral restaurant, treating ourselves to the buffet spread - which was excellent. As the hotel is located conveniently in town, near the western shore of Macau's northern part, we decided to walk into Macau's historic town the next day and see the sights such as the Ruins of St Paul's and the historic fortress on the hill (which also contains the history museum and offers a gorgeous view of the surrounds, including the Sofitel's striking building) before heading home to Hong Kong in the afternoon. All in all, we had a lovely short stay in Macau - in no small part due to our plush room and the great service we enjoyed from all of the hotel staff - and would definitely choose to stay again at the Sofitel Macau on Ponte 16.

Hello, Given the fact we booked last minute and didn't want to spend too much we ended up in the Grand Lapa after taking an online promotion. We had a very good surprise and my kids (4 and 6 years old) wanted to stay longer than the 2 nights we booked for the week-end. It certainly used to be a top 5 stars Hotel but it's ageing now and even though it is still very good you can see it is not all renovated and modern. Pros: - "Old hotel" means pretty spacious bedroom and bathroom which is a plus for us. - Dated but everything was very clean - Heated outside swimming pool with a slide for the kids (even if heated pool, in November you don't stay 2h00 in the water as it gets chilly after 30-45 minutes). - Friendly staff - Nice garden and playroom (though a bit old too) that the kids loved - Close to the Fisherman's Wharf so you can go walking and the kids loved walking there - Taxi available quite easily in front of the hotel - Old downtown Macau and Largo do Senado can be reached walking (but take between 20-30 minutes with the kids). If you take a taxi it literally takes lass than 5 minutes. Cons: - Not too many restaurant close by (but you have 2 or 3 inside the hotel) - You have to cross a public place (but no road) behind the hotel to access the spa/swimming pool, gardens and playroom. It's not really a cons but it's not quick to go back to your room if you forgot something. If you are looking for luxury and last modern commodity, it might not suit you. We are usually staying at 3 star hotels so an old 5 stars hotel was just a perfect stay for us. We would definitely recommend it and would go back again if we have the occasion.

You can easily take the MT4 bus to this hotel from the Macau International Airport, indeed, the bus ticket is cheap, which costs you MOP$5/HKD$5 only. Indeed, it’s convinent to take the bus from the hotel to the airport. You can walk to the Ruins of Saint Paul’s or the Cathedrals in Macau. BTW, Macau is very small and crowded, the streets are narrow and dense, travellers better have a map on hand or a map app on the phone, or they’d easily get lost in Macau’s complex interacting streets.

I loved Sintra Hotel! The location is excellent --very near the tourist attractions like the Senado Square and the Ruins of St. Paul, Casino Lisboa. There is a bus stop a minute away from the hotel, and you can ride the bus to go to the Macau Tower, Fisherman's Wharf and other places. It also provides free shuttle to the Macau Ferry Terminal, where you can hop on the free shuttle service to The Venetian and City of Dreams. Very convenient. The room itself was excellent too, very reminiscent of Shangri-la decor, beds and bath. It provides not only the basic shampoo and soap, but also a shower gel, cotton, q-tips, sewing kit, shaving kit. It also has an LCD TV featuring many English channels (not just Chinese channels). The view outside our room wasnt very nice, but we hardly look out the window anyway. The service was excellent. Everyone from the waitresses at the restaurant, the reception staff, the bellhop and the guards were very helpful and friendly. The guards and the bellhop speak English very well, and they can give you good directions and tips. Two minutes away from the hotel is Margaret's Cafe, serving yummy and cheap sandwiches, great coffee and the best portuguese egg tarts. All in all, it's two thumbs up for Hotel Sintra! If I ever go back to Macau, I will definitely book here again, and will recommend the hotel to all.

~a short walk from Sofitel Hotel at pointe 16 (free shuttle from the outer ferry terminal) ~less than 10 min walk to Senado Square ~We are so delighted upon sight of the room, we did not expect it to be that nice since we only paid around US$84.00 for a night. ~pretty and clean room. 4 Soft pillows and a very cozy bed. ~has all the basic room amenities ~a Handy internet phone is provided for free(you can bring it outside with you) ~Hot and cold shower. Small bottles of l’occitane shower gel, shampoo and conditioner are also provided. ~a weighing scale and hairdryer is also available, we are just a bit disappointed because the comfort room does not have a bidet. ~breakfast choices can be improved. ~free internet connection ~non smoking hotel ❤️ ~ attentive, polite and kind staffs. The stay at the hotel was very nice. I booked an executive room and was unaware that I could have gone straight up to the 16th floor to check in. The speedy checkout process in the business lounge was nice and fast. I was unable to find a shuttle from the airport to the hotel. They appear to share a shuttle with another chain with Emperor labeled on the outside of the van. Much smaller than the big chains vans. They did have a shuttle to the ferry terminal which was good. For those with onward travel to HKG you have to ensure your time between landing and flight departure is at least 2 hours. I was unable to take the direct ferry to the airport because I would have only had 1.5 hours.

I usually travel alone, and a hotel is just a place to crash after a long day of sightseeing. So I usually don't spend a lot on lodging. Victoria Hotel is one of the best hotel I've stayed at. The room and bathrooms are very spacious and clean, the staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The location is a bit north and out of the way, but it's great because I could experience the culture. Plus, there are 3 bus stops within 2 minute walking distance of the hotel. I did not eat at the hotel, so I have nothing to say about their food. Also, I did not bring a computer nor a smartphone, so I don't know if their wifi works or not. Overall, an awesome experience, and I would definitely recommend it!

We stayed for 2 days at Towns Well Hotel and booked 2 rooms. We arrived late at night and found the rooms set-up and ready. With directions found in the internet, we were able to easily locate the hotel. The hotel staff were pleasant to talk to and very accommodating. Luckily the guy at the reception spoke in English and Filipino. Location is the hotel's best-selling feature. We went to Senado Square early in the morning to take pictures and just went back to sleep again....no tourists yet :) Special kudos to the hotel restaurant. It was very late in the evening and we were hungry....with no restaurants open, we tried the hotel. They were just about to close but still accommodated us. The restaurant manager did not speak English but he made sure to call someone who can get our orders. Overall a great stay.....will definitely stay here again.

Stayed along with my parents and it was amazing. From its design outside which is very palace like to the inside where in interior very much like leave up to the design outside. Inside is very luxurious and detailed, room is very spacious and the bed is really comfortable. My mom is shocked on how the television goes up from the cabinet, but the best of all from this hotel are the staff who not only serve us but also made sure that we will be able to have unforgettable stay as it is the 31st anniversary of my parents. From the moment we enter the hotel the front line staff Amad, greeted us and helped us on our luggage and led us to the front desk. Eva did the checking in which is fast and very professional she even greeted my parents a happy anniversary as soon as she knew it. Rose escorted us to the room, she told us all the hotel facilities and room amenities. Brian from the Concierge helped us with our luggage and provided some information in Macau. He also waited for us near the recreation to escort us to go to the lounge on eight. Lyn from the lounge on eight is very nice and engaging, the overall experience in the lounge on eight which is already very good is greatly enhanced because of her costumer engagement. Upon going out. Jury helped us on where to go, he gave us detailed information on which place to visit and which is very good place to go as my mom is having difficulty on walking. The room attendant, Sam, Dennis and Jonathan did a good job, service was really fast. Upon going to recreation Yumiko did a good job even we find it hard to communicate she tried her best to explain every facilities to us at the recreation. The gallery bar is very nice and cozy aswell, it has a very elegant vibe in it and is greatly enhanced by what louie made for us. Upon check out, Jack helped us with the luggage and helped us on how to get to the bus station going to Hong Kong The overall experience is really great my parents anniversarry become extra special as what Ros

this is our first time staying in this hotel. it is not a very big hotel but it gives us a very homely feel. we love the room's decoration even though the room is small. the location of the hotel is about 5 minutes walk to senado square, the place where it will lead you to most of the places of interest, like ruins of st paul, mount fortress, na tcha temple, st dominic's church, etc. the room is neat and clean and the bed is comfortable too. the hotel may not be very well known by the taxi drivers. if you are going to macau from hong kong, take bus 3 or 3a from the macau ferry terminal (outer harbour) to go to the hotel. alight at the bus stop once you have passed the senado square and asked the locals for directions to the hotel. the hotel is located at a small alley. the hotel provides free wi-fi in the room and the network is strong. there are also many shops just outside the hotel that sell local products like portugese egg tarts, peanut candy, almond cookies, etc. if you want to go to taipa where many casinos are located, a taxi trip will cost you about mop65.

First off: this was not the Best Western I thought I'd booked (which no longer exists) close to the stadium for the Macau marathon! Within this year, from the last race day, the Best Western changed ownership and it's a different hotel. This Best Western is no where near the stadium though it is close to the race route. Getting a taxi in the morning was stressful; however, the front desk staff were very helpful, calling different taxi numbers and walking down the road to flag one down. No breakfast was included in the room price. The room was small but comfortable. If I'd had more time I would have liked to check out the area as it looked like a cool part of town. I would stay there again (but not if I was in Macau to run the marathon-too stressful, not knowing if I'd get a taxi or not).

Our stay was perfect. We stayed last May 25-26. I love everything about this hotel -- the facade, the lobby, the ambiance, the space, the room, food, THE VIEW -- perfect. My requests prior to check in were accomodated, making our stay special. Elmer at the Concierge was very helpful. Thumbs up! The hotel rates itself as 3-star, well, so far the best 3-star hotel for us! We will definitely stay in the same hotel when we go back to Macau.

Close to Outer Harbour Ferry Station, you can use one of the other Casinos' shuttle bus. Hotel itself does not have a casino, but is close to the old town area and the Wynn and MGM casinos. Received an upgrade to a very spacious suite with great kitchen area, seating area and huge luxurious bathroom. Not sure if it is mentioned in the booking confimation, but upon checkin they ask for a safety deposit either in cash or on your credit card. Would stay here again. Pool was closed at time of our visit end/Sept. 2017.

Average I received good hospitality at the hotel but bad from: 1) I called front desk on 18/1 at 07:45 for the opening hours of the swimming pool, the lady picked up the phone and said nothing, passed the phone to a man, I repeated my question, then the lady answered me again, weird! 2) I requested a window seat when arriving 3/F at around 09:20, Flora ZHANG said unavailable. 10 minutes later, I met Flora again in the canteen and asked her to arrange if available, she promised. At 0945, I saw there were at least 3 window tables and being well prepared, I took photos for record. (If you like, I can send you). Later on, Flora led a foreign male guest to one of the window seats. I then waited for another 3 mins. Eventually I waved Flora to my table and asked if she still remember of our request. She said Yes! But still no window seat available, I then told her the above and received her apology. 3) clear my cutlery and drink when we were away the table for getting food

Stayed here for 2 days 1 night with my dad and brother. At first I was a bit hesitant to book here considering some of the negative feedbacks read. However, I took the risk considering the budget. When we checked-in here, the staffs can speak in english and were really friendly. We got the key right away after the MOP300 securoty deposit. So fast! Room for twin bed was nice. Not too big and not too small. Totally enough. Bed size for single is just enough. Bathroom has even a bath tub. The bedroom is not new, but maintained the cleanliness. Staffs when we checked out were also nice and can speak in english. Even apologized so many time 'coz at first the security deposit they brought back to me was in HKD which I totally dont mind, but insisted to change it to MOP since that was the money I initially gave. Location is perfect! Bus stop is right infront of the entrance/exit of the hotel. You can even wait for a taxi there. Bus going to the Venetian, Galaxy and Parisian is right across the hotel. Theres a 7 11 across too. Walking distance from Sofitel, Ponte16 and fortunately, the Senado Square, Ruins of St.Paul, MGM and Wynn. I will definitely consider this hotel next time we get back. For a budget-friendly hotel, I strongly recommend this. I just dont understand why other travelers expect so much, of course what you pay is what you get. This hotel is totally worth it to its amount.

We went to check in early but need to wait until 3pm to check in into the Grand Suite. We went to the buffet which cost 418++ and the food is just excellent. Worth the price as the seafood, Chinese food and the variety spoilt our choices and I filled every bit of space in my stomach. When we went back to the receptionist at 4.30 pm, they made a mistake and told me that our room is not ready. My wife was frustrated but the staff was quick to make amendments and gave us a free 1 room super suite upgrade at level 24. The room is the best we could every imagine and it is too luxurious for only both of us. The amenities inside made us speechless and the view made us awake and would not want to sleep. They provide the corner unit which we had the maximum view. We have complimentary soft drinks in the fridge and we could not ask for more. Lastly, the conceirge staff is the best as she recommended us the right place to visit and help to provide all relevant details to book the turbojet back to HK. Thumbs up !

Mostly, we liked the Wynn Macau for the high quality of its room furnishing, the professional attitude of its front desk staff, and the entertaining lake, dragon of fortune and tree of prosperity performances. Check in was swift and friendly: when told that my wife and I were celebrating our 49th anniversary, the receptionist issued us a lake and fountain facing room, with a superb view of the Cotai region and provided with a MOP200 rebate voucher for the Japanese restaurant. What impressed me most was that the front desk staff member chased me to the airport to return my credit card which I had forgotten to retrieve after paying our bill. It was a thoroughly relaxing two night stay at The Wynn after the hussle and bustle of our first two nights at a 5-star hotel in Taipa island.

easonable price, comfortable, and nice. It is suitable and best choices for bagpacker. My personal share view about Macau is: Macau is a Chinese and Spanish culture city, especially old local building, historical building, Old Roman Catholic church, old Chinese temple, entry ticket is very cheap (MOP 10) to see Panda in Macau City unlike in China the entry ticket is RMB100 and above, plus most of the tourism places in Macau city does not need entry ticket including museum. Food in Macau is nice and only McDonald available in Macau city, and no KFC in Macau. Regarding gambling places, most of these places are free entry, beautiful and elegant designed, especially The Venetian is the best and worth to visit in evening 5PM. Chinese people in Macau is very nice, helpful, and civilize, but if you are able to speak cantonese to them, they are even willingly and helpful to you. Merely bus in Macau not really covenience sometimes although is cheap, easily get confuse, and taxi in Macau is espensive. Macau City is a nice place to visit although its small.

before i start, this hotel would have got across the board 5 stars but for one thing. we paid almost 150 euro for our room. for one night. this did not includ breakfast and while the room was excellent (probably the nicest we've stayed in), you can't call it value for money when wifi is not included in the room and breakfast isn't included. as for everything else, well the room was splendid. the ensuite was huge with a portable tv, jacuzzi bath tub, rain shower, and huge counter top and mirror, all laid out in white marble. the walk-in wardrobe was bigger than some cars i've driven. they provided top of the range electronics too, two 40" tvs in the room, brilliant iron and a videl sasoon hairdryer. the bed was king size and while we didn't spend very long it (thanks to the casino downstairs!) it was from memory very comfortable. next to the sleeping area is a lounge with sofa for maybe 5-6 people, coffee tables, arm chairs and the second of the two widescreen tvs. really, the best thing about the sands was the room experience. everything else was great, but if you like your creature comforts and can afford the price, then go for it.
